Because yall are so fucking lame..its natural to look and even fantasize but all this drooling and tryna connect with other men who are droolin is just screaming "Im manly look at me. Look wat i like"
I use to feel a lot of stress in the lower back while performing a RDL. I would look ahead of me while lowering the weight like the man is doing in this video. Several years ago, l came across a video where it was recommended to keep the head in line with the spine as though one is bowing. Never felt much stress in my lower back again.
Who cares 😂. I see what you saying... But I live in South FL. I see Latin women that look like that all the time. Some women... It all deposits in the rear. Add some muscle under it and it looks like that. Gravity hasn't caught up to her yet.
Dude I think this will solve the mystery of RDLs for me. I’ve looked at so many videos and this was the one that clicked. Gonna have to get bigger foam roller now lol
@@busterdouglas2250 tbh, some girls are just naturally caked up like that tho, wouldn’t say it’s surgery bc why would she go to the gym if it’s fake anyways lol
@mlgwolftrix4708 You're right that some women are naturally curvy but even with a BBL they do go to the gym to maintain the surgical results or they will go to the gym to make it seem they achieved it through working out and hide the fact they went through surgery.
Never had a problem like this. The weight naturally pulls down, not forward, so i'd need especially strong shoulder muscles to push the 200kg forward like this.
I really think your videos are great! That said, one way I was taught to do these is to purposely lower the weight away from you. As you descend, the weight moves forward. You can even keep it close and once you stretch, then reach forward with the dumbbells. The stretch on your glutes/hamstrings is next level. Use a lighter weight than normal. Cheers! I will say it’s less safe, but isn’t very dangerous if controlled. The weight isn’t thrown forward, it’s controlled.
I dunno about this one. I find loading a lot of the weight into the front of my foot, and keeping the bar in front slightly during the whole lift burns the hell out of my hams and makes it feel like a partial rep isolation exercise.
I like the foam roller idea. But you see how the second guy had his head up while performing? Is it not better that you tuck the chin to keep a neutral spine throughout
I’m curious on the history of this. When did someone “discover” how to deadlift properly, and we must have had to have understood the hinge motion prior as well. It seems like these thing come naturally to toddlers learning to work so maybe that’s the case?
Personally, I think one of the many reasons people make this mistake is because they're very self conscious and probably feel a little bit embarrassed about sticking their asses way out in public gyms. Definitely a little awkward if you think about it too much, but just focus on yourself, your form & technique, and block out everything and everyone else.
Basically, you can tell if someone knows how to do an RDL based on the back position for me. If it's parallel to the ground, like 99% of "fitness" influencers, you know they either don't know what they are doing or they are doing very little weight which will do nothing for you (except maybe if you're working on flexibility/range of motion).
Range of motion is crucial to muscle development/hypertrophy. Having the back parallel to the floor is not a bad thing, it's not essential, I grant you but certainly not bad. Biomechanics are highly individual and based on femoral/leg length, ratio of upper to lower body length.
This usually means the weight is too light…in most cases (I say most cases lol) if you pick a correct heavy weight, the body will automatically stay close to the body and you’ll want to hinge from hips instinctively, unless your biomechanics are really screwed up due to injury, instability or muscle weakness, but that’s just my opinion lol

Never had a problem like this. The weight naturally pulls down, not forward, so i'd need especially strong shoulder muscles to push the 200kg forward like this.
but if you "hang" more forward the weight drifts away. thats why lat and traps engagement is so fundamental to this lift.

Unreal.
However, when I do mine at the very bottom, I push out the weight a little bit to get a final stretch then bring it back into my shins and up.

Good R-DAYUM-L technique. 👀
I think with her build, she has enough strength to lift the weights further from her legs, while still engaging just core and glutes.
I def would let it slide up my shins basically didn't realize it was correct
This usually means the weight is too light…in most cases (I say most cases lol) if you pick a correct heavy weight, the body will automatically stay close to the body and you’ll want to hinge from hips instinctively, unless your biomechanics are really screwed up due to injury, instability or muscle weakness, but that’s just my opinion lol

My hamstrings hurt super much after even just a warm up set like I can’t bend down for five minutes without PAIN in my hamstrings
Somehow I managed to get injured as fuck trying to learn this with only 20 lbs. 😑 It's over a month since and my back still isn't quite right
In my time weight training what I’ve learned is that if your core isn’t engaged you’re probably doing the exercise wrong

The cue that I learned that works like a charm is “shave your legs with the weights”
