Some incredible books man,I've read DC and Marvel since I was six or seven,I'm now 60 and I've never seen that advert in action comics 12 before ? Don't know how I've missed that all these years ? So thanks for bringing it to my attention,first appearance of batman IMO ? Definitely,very cool ! Plus that namor story is so cool as well ,plus first ant man and great cap covers,magic haul all round

I wonder if CGC would list Action Comics 12 as the 1st cameo appearance of The Batman? ...I looked it up on CGC's site and they only have a note at the top of the book "1 panel ad for Detective Comics #27". I'm kind of disappointed.
I'm speechless. That's an impeccable haul. You had me with that first Tales to Astonish book. That Marvel Mystery #2 takes my breath away and now I'm dying to smell that Action #12. Congrats.
Hey, congratulations on your books. You must have paid a pretty penny because nobody is going to give you a good deal on books like that.. I am Bob in Connecticut. I was a bartender I don’t work anymore so I could never buy another tales to astonish 27 at one time I had that book 7.5 I bought it for only $2700.. I still have some of my good books. But I’m not in the restaurant business anymore I don’t work.. I still have tales of suspense 39, 8.5 I paid $5300 X-Men. 1 7.0 I paid $300 fantastic four 48 9.6 I bought that on eBay for $3600. Amazing Spider-Man. 1 6.5 I paid $4200. Amazing fantasy 15.6.0 I paid $4000. Believe it or not I only paid $450 years ago for amazing fantasy 15 8.0 restored no trimming. Superman. 1 5.0 moderate professional restoration no trimming I paid $12,500. . Batman 1 5.0 restored I paid $10,500.. anyway, good luck with everything like I said earlier if you have no goddamn income, you can’t buy any good stuff. If I want something of high-quality, I would have to sell something of high quality.. I would like amazing Spider-Man 14 9.6 or 9.4 I have a copy 8.0 and I would love a copy of All star comics 8 the first wonder woman

There are only 42 copies of Action Comics 12 graded at CGC. Of those 42 copies 15 of them are restored. The highest graded copy is an 8.5 blue label.
I have a 4.5 Conserved copy. Bought for this very reason.

Real, True collectors are becoming rare and hard to find. UA-cam is filled with comic Re-Sellers and not true comic Collectors.
To find them in such good shape amazing compared to the Marvel chipping later on.
