- Two men were arrested for tailgating and trying to carjack a woman on Interstate 84 in Vernon, according to state police.

Funny story: Way back in the day when I was a kid, my dad and mom stopped and picked up a hitchhiker. Once driving down the road my dad asked him where he could drop him off with the hitchhiker responding that he was going home with us. So my dad pulled into a nearby police station (was in the town we lived in) stopped and said "we're home".
