WFH - I heard Accenture is still continuing with WFH and they have closed many office buildings in Bengaluru to embrace Hybrid
After covid I've noticed office politics has gone down a lot (speaking only for cos with hybird). 2019 it was quite bad in my old company, now everyone's lovey dovey in hybrid and wfh 😂😂
MNC have laid off bench people, no hike to existing employees. If either new projects starts coming or people start resigning they don’t have resource to backfill from bench. They will hire and they themself are responsible for creating this environment every now and then because of no planning at all and at the end who is suffering freshers then mid level employees who are not at all responsible for any company strategy and financial. CEO and top level management are simply retaining jobs with no responsibility for company less profits. For creating profits they simply layoff employees as easy target.
Bhai 14++ years se I have been associated with big IT companies, there are no DARK Realities.

Im in big4 and my project is US based and the offshore team is allowed to WFH. As im not in bench my manager is comfortable with wfh.

As per your long experience in IT industry , I observed that you have strong and good knowledge as well as excellent understanding about IT industry, work culture, etc., so Please make a startup where everything would be excellent like work culture, salary, no work pressure, balanced life, etc.
It would be better as well as inspirational for other startups. And everyone will join.
After listening all your videos I don't ever have any interest working in IT industry. Now I am preparing for govt. exam.😭😓

@@ManoharBatra yes many ....and number is increasing max IT consultant in youtube has either leaved job or selling their courses .....its not only in India its happening all over world
its not sellers, it's buyers who are fool and buying courses blindly

I got IT Trainee role but no one is helpful and no training no project. Will I be considered as a fresher or experienced? 6 months helpful for getting IT jobs now?

No project experience,will hire with low packages then u receive at bench,try to skillup and gain domain knowledge as per current market demand like telecom,healthcare,agritech,etc
