If few are being given than in coalition with other service based organizations. 2. 300 cr + loss in this quarter. 70 - 80% manipulation of stock price aa middle management can show fake progress to clients and upper management. 3. Unskilled employees DGM getting abused by clients.(I do heard it with 2 DGMs). 4. 9 hr per day strict work policy and no leaves.
Not only corporate employees, even government employees also face so much work pressure. After a certain age, we don't have much options left to switch as well. It feels like living in hell. Superiors act as if they are paying us. Sad reality 😢
Same i felt when joined capgemini. My manager used to ask me to show screen and work in front of her. Due to this pressure i was in about to cardiac issue. Regular pain in chest and sleeplessness happening daily. I left the company within 3 months.
In corporate life: if you work before deadline, then you are said like, ye khaali betha rehta hai.. agar kaam zyada hai and late working hours kaam karna pade to he/she is said as inefficient, that ye time pe nahi kar pata.

My company left his family on their situation and asked me that they should follow up with HR directly and HR dont respond on time. So i am follow up on behalf of his family and my managers are not aware. So i believe everyone should share benefits provided by company if employee dies and share contact details of their team members or managers so that family can follow up.

onsite walon ka aur bura haal tha, wahan pe jo log dusre project ke liye gaye the unko ramzan ke liye ek hafte ki chutti mili thi, unko 1 hafte ke liye humare project me laga diya 😐
