Staccato XC Cleaning. I suggest clean your gun every time you shoot. The carbon build up gets harder if you leave it alone. This is a basic cleaning method that I'm showing you.

Thanks very helpful 🎉
Thanks
I can’t wait to get a Staccato XC! Great video!
You will LOVE it. Even my wife told me it looks nice.
That’s always a good thing when you can get the wife on board lol, I can’t wait 😂
Where did you get that take down lever? I like that its flat on the one side instead of the rounded version

It’s from Staccato. It’s a special edition version that we received as LEO package.
Is that the stock gen 2 grip with a TTI magwell? Can you tell me what magwell that is? Thanks!
DVC Grip with TTI Carry Magwell.
The grip on this video isn’t a stock gen 3 grip? I was asking about the grip in this specific video. The TTI magwell fits on a stock xc grip??
On the video, it is Gen3 grip. TTI magwell fits but it's tight.
Are you using an Atlas DLC guiderod?
Yes. 👍🏼
@@TacticalExpeditionIs that the 5” with the reverse plug? Looking to purchase the correct one for my duty XC as well
@vitosalvaggio1805 yes. It’s 5” reverse plug. 👍🏼
where do you get that extractor remover?
Dawson precision
What are specs on this? Trigger weight, recoil spring?
Trigger weight is 3.75lbs because it’s for duty use. Recoil spring is lighter than Staccato P and came like that from the factory.
Both X series guns from staccato come standard with a 2.5 Lb trigger. Recoil spring weight is generally around 8 Lbs.
Staccato P trigger weight is 3.5-4lbs. Recoil Spring is 8lbs.
Staccato XC trigger weight is 2lbs or 4lbs depends on which option you choose. Recoil spring weight is 7lbs but I feel it’s too weak. I’m upgrading to 9lbs recoil spring. 👍🏼
How many rounds had you shot before this cleaning?
That RMR looks huge, is that the Trijicon RMR-X2?
Think you will ever switch to the RCR closed emitter version?
The XC isnt drop safe. Im surprised they let u carry it on duty
Who said that? It’s exact same as my staccato P. Same trigger pull, same everything except the compensator.
@TacticalExpedition I saw a few videos about it. One of them was pro shooter Ben Stoeger talking about it. So u think they are drop safe?
Maybe XC that has 2-3lbs triggers. Mine is duty ready with 4lbs trigger. Same parts as Staccato P. 🤷♂️
It's a series 70, by design it isn't drop safe. Now worst case it dumps a round straight into the ground
It's not just the XC, it's any series 70 1911/2011. You have to drop it straight down, barrel first from a considerable height to make this happen. The round will go straight into the ground. This isn't some groundbreaking news, it's a characteristic of all these guns. You lose that crisp 2011 trigger we all love when you move to a series 80 design that is 100% drop safe.
