I see she doesn't refer back and answer questions. I didn't get what she meant by using solid coconut oil along with salt bar on her skin at the same time; was this while showering? Do you rinse off? Or do this in place of showering? Can anyone answer this? Thanks.

No, absolutely not. You will only feel a relaxing exfoliation!

She means to use in the shower with a bit of oil so it glides. Rinse off, yes afterwards. It is exfoliating and anitbacterial naturally. 🤍
