Just started painting (just turned 60😀) and I really like your approach. Finished my first painting two days ago and my wife and (one of) my son(s) did not believe that it was mine. Not perfect by any means, but something I was really pleased with. Thanks for helping rookies like me😄

This is funny but also sad when your own family does not believe in you. Majority people really take beloved ones for granted. Like my mum who is citing me today some med publications and I have told her the same things like 10 years ago (I am a dr of med. sci.) and she said "you will be always my child, you dont treat your children seriously, no matter who they are" :D It is like eh my husband is just my husband. We treat each other so plain and there is so much about us. We forget why we found each other interesting years ago. We are full of talents. We just need to train a bit :D Always remember that looking at your child, wife, husband, sister, brother etc.

I just started painting myself in the end goal however long that takes and it’s going to be able to paint something like that. Absolutely amazing and also sounds like you’re a Christian guy so for me, that’s an added bonus. I pray that God continues to bless you, your career and your family as you were definitely using the gifts that God gave you.

I wish my father is just like you. He ain't nothing close, it's more like I'll be like you when I turn 60.
He's 60 now and he's like: "Oh shit I actually managed to turn 60."
He sounds like he's about to have his last breath as soon as he turns 60.

You are so generous to share your expertise and love of painting! This is the 3rd tutorial video of your's that I have completed while sheltering in place. As a intermediate-beginner I really appreciate when you explain in greater detail what and why you are doing something; technique, why a particular paint color or brush, why you are doing something for an outcome later. I love your honesty and vulnerability. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the consideration ... I am so thrilled that after watching the whole video I was really happy about a few things you did in this video that is very detrimental to the viewers One is that you showed more up close you can't imagine how much that helps me see what your doing in detail ... two is that you touched on the clouds and brought it to another level I was almost jumping out of my seat because that's what I have been waiting for to learn how to make them pop and look more realistic in those colors rather than your traditional white clouds so overall it was definitely awesome . also this painting breaks all the rules and makes for a better painting ... Thanks again keep them coming xoxo

I recently ordered your goat hair blending brushes, and I received a free detail brush that I am using for the waves. I noticed that you use the same brush in your painting 🙂 I can't wait to try out your sailboats paintings they are incredible.

Busy with school these past couple of years, so have not been able to take the time to watch your painting videos. I had never learned how to paint ocean and beach scenes before watching your tutorial. Your painting turned out amazing. Thank you for sharing your time and techniques. Loved how you made the seashore so lacy. Simply beautiful work Feliks.

Hey, I just finished doing mine and it was great! I forgot to use the detailed brush in the end so the waves and the foams were thick and it was more yellow than white but I’m a beginner so i shouldn’t expect much. The clouds were really good and the colors are so pretty. Thank you for doing these tutorials and I hope you have a great day!
