    Simple squats-15 reps 3sets
    Sumo squats-15 reps 4 sets
    Lunges- 15 reps _ sets
    Lateral lunges-10 reps 4 sets
    Split squats-10 reps 4 sets

      @@jaspreetkaur1055 yes you have to take reset at least 10 to 15 seconds. Because doing without any short break it will be harmful.

    These exercises are amazing.
    I have one more effective exercise to add in.
    The butterfly
    Method of doing:
    Sit on the floor as usual.
    Now join your feet facing each other. Try to pull both your feet towards you as far as possible.
    Now try to touch the ground with your knees both at a time ( gently first) , keep flapping like a butterfly with your knees gently increasing the speed.
    Most effective on: inner thighs
    Benefits:1) reduce Thigh fat
    2) gives strength
    3) Healthy menstrual cycle

    Maine bhi jumba join kiya tha November me last year aur mere trainer ye sari exercise krwate the jo apne btai h n 3 month me bht fark aaya tha but lockdown me sab bekar ho gya...but ab maine ghar me he start kr diya dubara se...n sach me work out bahut help krta h weight loss krne me...n thnx dear👍🏻

    I don't think so only strength training will help in reducing the thigh fat, these exercises will only shape up the muscle and increase the tone, but to reduce fat simultaneously cardio exercises are a must. Being a physiotherapist, I will suggest this and yes of course, a very good balanced diet.

    I am following a good diet plan - eating 2 times a day (lunch -> veg + dal + 2 roti + salad ) and dinner ( only vegs - once a week brown rice with some curry). evening i eat either a rusk/ parle g biscuit/ some nuts and milk tea 2 times a day. But I am not losing weight . Instead, i always feel bloated. Also taking detox teas/ black coffee after my meals. Doing exercise at least 3 times a week( for 40-45 mins each).

    I prefer cardio for lower body , reason is that these exercises stretch muscles and may cause injury which may be like permanently strained. Cardio burn the lower fat earlier than exercise. When you run your thighs vibrate. Vibration causes rubbing in internal muscles of thighs which causes heating effect and you will get lot of sweat in your lower waist portion.
    So I would rather suggest
    10sprints try as fast as possible
    500 rope jumps ( high jumping)
    200 jumping jacks
    100 rock climbing
    10 times stair climbing running fast
    50 upper level jumps
    Also when you jog do it as if you are jumping on your toes use heel as least as possible.
    Cycling is best for thighs be it with cycle or without it. If you have cycle ride it with straight back. You may also tie certain weight on your thighs. I used to put two old taraju baat (weights) of 500g in both thighs.
    Now coming to why I don't prefer these stretching exercise.
    Squats causes knees problem in the long run. In this exercise you base your whole upper body weight on the basis of knees. If it gets overstretched knee joints may get dislocate which need surgery for cure.
    Stretching exercises comes with the limitations of straining and take months and years to reduce fat. When these video maker say 3 months they attract you toward themselves and the want you to enroll their course. Don't fall in the trap. Fat reduction need time and patience of months and years. So choose cardio instead of these exercises. People leave cardio as it hurts initially but remember no pain no gain.

      Sorry. But a woman’s body is different than a males. And we need strength training. Women get PCOS Commonly nowadays and Infact are not recommended to do HITT WORKOUTS or sprinting. It has to be in moderation. Because it increases the stress hormones and in turn makes you agitated and tired. Which causes us to gain weight. Also squats do not weaken your knees. Infact you have stronger legs. I don’t know where you’re getting your facts from. BUT STRENGTH TRAINING IS THE KEY TO PROGRESSING IN WEIGHT LOSS. YOU CANNOT SURVIVE ON CARDIO.

    Hey Mam i am going to start this exercise from tommorow . Mam can we do this exercise at the regular bases. Doing this exercise at the regular bases will help to lose thigh weight faster.     Hey Ma'am,
    I am doing workout from one month and I am focusing on my every body part.I use to do squats and all those exercise for thigh and Belly but I am not able to do push ups for my breasts what are the other exercise for reducing breast fat.. and other thing your video is awesome🙏🙏👍👍👍☺️

      Hi, you can do pushups by resting your knees on the floor or you can take light weight like water bottle and do chest press or dumbbell fly and other chest exercises if you can't do proper pushups on your toe. Hope this is helpful.

    Hello mam, thank you so much for thigh workout & mam I have one question sorry to say but you didn't mentioned reps and sets for alternative Lunges??? And can I perform this exercise 4 times in week?? Or only two times to perform??

      No problem you can perform 5 times a week ,but be careful .
      And see that you are not taking more rest between repititons like , for example if you are doing 15 repetitions of lunges you should take rest for only 15- 30 secs so that you can burn more fat and calories !
      It will be effective !

    Thank you for this video but I am very afraid - one of my friend told me if I do squats and lunges my thighs and hips will become bulky and it will look fatter . I already am a pear shape so i have bigger thighs and hips please advise

      Start cardio exercises alternately, cos alone strength training won't help, it's my personal experience. You can skipping or spot jogging.

    The best thing for weight loss is ( morning and evening walking , joking )and drink. 7 water bottles of water ,and do skipping daily 500 jumps ,and do surya namaskaralu ,do dieting ( this are the best exercise to loss weight )

      It will go away. If u are doing new or after a gap, the pain remains. It is due to Delayed Muscle Soreness. You can try warm bath also stretching.

      While you are doing or AFTER you've done squats? It's because of tiny tears in the muscles because of exercising. Make sure you have warmed up the muscles before starting exercise by doing gentle stretching exercises .. increase magnesium intake , warm baths may also help (with magnesium salt /Epsom salts in the bath )

    Mam mujhe slip disc hua tha 4 months pehle lumbar region me L4 L5 me.. mujhe bed rest bola gya kaafi time tak.. jisse mera weight badh gya bed pe lete lete.. abhi bhi halka dard hota agar aage bend hoti.. to kya mai ye exercises kar sakti hu??

    Ma'am I am doing these exercises from last 2 month but I doesn't seem any effact in my thigh fat

    Hi Gunjan. Thanks for this detailed info. The lateral lunges and some lower body workout cause knee pains as I have weak knees. Can u suggest or make a video on strengthening knees?

      Make this pain a gain and daily do this don't skip it then your paining will stop

      This paining is called soreness in muscles.. It will pain when we do it for first time.. U can reduce pain by some methods like bathing in Coldwater.
