Good luck! I didn’t mix often, but it looks like it needs the same amount of mixing as a normal Makgeolli for the first few days. And please grind Ehwagok as fine as you can. I could feel the particle in mine which is not quite pleasant for having it.

빵에 발라먹어도 맛있고, 얼음 띄워 물에 타먹어도 맛있고~~ 근데 만들기 힘들어요 ㅋㅋ 예전에 만들다가 손목 나갈뻔 했어요 ㅎㅎㅎ
빵에 ㄷㄷ 물 타먹으니까 밍밍하더라구요ㅎㅎ
역시 원주나 이화주나 물 안타고 그대로 먹는게 저한텐 맞는 것 같습니다.
