- Spider-Man: No Way Home was just re-released in theaters and everyone is talking about the exclusive scenes that didn’t make it to theaters the first time around. In today’s video, “Spider-Man: No Way Home New Scenes EXPLAINED”, I go over exactly what those new scenes were and whether or not I believe they should have been in the previous theatrical release or not. They likely will!
But like who cares? Isn't a movie ticket cheaper than a blu-ray disk? It's not a money grab.
There are people who might want to see it in imax. There are people who will wait until blu-ray. You haven't mentioned it being a money grab but this "solution" is what I Hear every time someone says that.
But it's not a solution. Blu-ray's are more expensive than movie tickets. And I would estimate that physical copies of movies are being bought less and less so a theatrical release is totally reasonable.
Or just have added it when it released the first time

I still think Sony is going to try their hand at "The King in Black" and there have been small rumors that Marvel will be helping them flesh the story aspect out. However, if I'm being honest, Sony is still struggling with "The Sinister 6" so I'd feel better if Marvel was doing "The King in Black " instead 😬

There is one photo where a bird is covering Peter’s face. I feel like going forward it will be one of those things where Peter was there the whole time, just no one cared about him so they didn’t care to remember him in any of the scenarios. It gives MJ still having the necklace a whole new meaning, because she’s going to remember getting the necklace, but not who gave it to her

The scene where everyone is interested in his abilities, whilst also calling him a freak, is a hint at how the MCU will treat some Mutants.

I haven't seen the re-release because this is so obviously a cash-grab (and probably a reaction to Morbius bombing twice). I looked at the seating charts for two theaters near me, the only showings that have sold a lot of tickets are those on National Cinema Day tomorrow because tickets are $3. So I'm curious to see how good/bad this move was by Sony.

Nope. No desire to see it. Don't feel like sitting in uncomfortable seats eating over priced popcorn for what amounts to DVD extras.

The new parts are great! Spiderman is going lead a new team against kang! On battleworld! There are going show different spidermen! Fighting together! Against kang!

Honestly I was probably the guy who didn’t want them together lol. I mean on a certain level I did because it pretty much impossible to not want that. But I was really not looking forward to the idea because at the time I was having multiverse fatigue( even more so now) I was just tired of all the tropes and loop holes, and lack of stakes. I was more interested in what the plot of no ways home would have been if Toby and Andrew didn’t come back. I feel like that would have been a way better Movie than what we ended up with. I’m still glad it happened tho

Saw the re-release. Some of those scenes were in the blu-ray release, but did notice Andrew’s sulking was enhanced in the R-R. The Happy interrogation scene was cool to add for daredevil.

Not a fan of movies being released twice. Doesn’t sit well makes me think it was an unfinished product. Just release all the extra scenes on the dvd or directors cut but to rerelease the movie is mad weird

I'd check them out for heavy action. I would definitely go if they did fan service like xhave Peter walk into a room closing a door, with his back turned, thank the room for all of their support during a media sh*tstorm & turn to field a few questions from top UA-cam page commentators.
Split that into promo across said pages to make it fun to piece together & viola!

Honestly after hearing the dumpster fire morbius was. I would rather Marvel studios handle spiderman and his villians. Sony has proven they cant get right. Give marvel studios the toys and just let sony collect a check. Cause outside the animated movie, Sony is clueless with what to do.

Tom Holland is overrated as hell and im happy he's stepping back from the MCU even if its for a bit. Dude also became a sex symbol which is bizarre for him playing a teenager. I also didn't go see the re release. Kind of a bizarre move for Marvel and a blanty moneygrab (not even a good one)

Whats great about the crossovers...both Garfield and Macquire's spidermen just naturally, automatically, accepted that they were here to help Holland's timeline. "Oh, we're here from the outside. Ok, let's do everything we can to just MAKE THIS BETTER." And as a result, they each get some personal catharsis.

and for all the Crap The Eternals got I dare say it was a better film than No Way Home. Atleast it made sense in the context that it was written.
#1 The Whole Thing Could've been solved with hey make the World Forget Mysterio and everything he did
#2 Then he gets Ned and MJ involved after that being the core dilemma them being involved.
#3 Then what dumb executive said hey you know what a good idea be let's redeem the Sinister Six (WHAT)
Heroes are only good as their Villains. Yes, in comics Otto was reformed as Superior Spiderman, and Sandman is a good guy.
but I'm talking the movie Universe they all work better as bad guys.
The whole thing was dumb and I'm not going to let good action scenes take away from a piss poor written script.
This Whole Phase has been trash minus WandaVision which was brilliant I could write a full paper on how epic it was

Eternals did alot of World building could've done without the gay Eternal that doesn't exist in the comics or race swapping

Moon Knight didn't commit not enough of the character
She Hulk is a joke. You could have the same show without some of the dialog of male bashing and it would work so much better.
Hawkeye brought back Kingpin but still giving it a C-
Fingers crossed Guardians of The Galaxy Vol3 is going to as epic as I think it is because James Gunn understands Comics his audience and these characters

I strongly disagree with supporting this rerelease. Absolute shameful attempt at a money grab because Sony is a deplorable company that couldn’t get creative to save their lives.
They're getting real stupid with all the movie stuff these days. Up until just now, this kind of stuff is on the DVD if u buy it. Now they're going to be re-releasing stuff to theaters?? Every single industry is being bastardized and we're pretty far down that slippery slope

I would like to see in the future movies they bring venom into Tom hollands world and have S.H.I.E.L.D. find them together then force Peter into the roll of agent venom. Reason is I can see S.H.I.E.L.D. capture Peter and give him the abomination treatment.

I’m not going to go watch it in theaters again. I went and watched the original cut twice and then bought it digitally when it released. They could have added the footage to the digital release as a separate cut. I’m not going to support scummy business tactics like this

It has been a couple of months since I have last watched the movie but I feel like I remember Doctor strange only ever referencing earth when talking about the effects of the spell
Even if they still do, Nick Fury and SWORD probably wouldn't need the services of Spider-Man anymore, especially since they have more important things to deal with (Secret Invasion, Kree-Skrull War), and have other assets. Nick Fury was only requested (by Tony Stark) to give the glasses to Peter, not to recruit him for future missions. Plus, if Nick Fury and SHIELD were able to keep their distance from Bruce Banner so he wouldn't get caught by the U.S. Army, I can't see why Nick Fury and SWORD wouldn't do the same thing for Peter.
Thor does knows that Spider-Man is a teenager (because of Tony's funeral), but probably doesn't know his name, and wouldn't care to know since he barely knew him anyways and never formally interacted with him.
Guardians of the Galaxy are probably never coming back to the earth, and all of members of the team are most likely to go on their own adventures or will be killed off (after GOTG 3).
Captain Marvel still knows that Peter is Spider-Man, but doesn't know him that well nor knows where he lives and is highly unlikely for her to ask for Spider-Man's help over the help of more powerful assets like Sam Wilson, Hulk, She-Hulk, War Machine, Wong, Shang-Chi, or her other two counterparts.
