I noticed that they added new footages during the last fight, like new dialogues from Andrew Garfield talking to Jaime Fox, and when Tom Hollad was about to kill the Green Goblin that we didn't see before. There was shots of Ned and MJ and the two Spider-man looking at Peter about to murder him. It added a more dramatic tone to the scene, like they're witnessing what he is about to become if he does it, and why Toby Maguire's Spider-man intervenes.

My theory is that the new post credit scene of Betty brant talking about the high school is actually much bigger. She specifically says "the memories are in the high school" I immediately thought that's how MJ and Ned will remember Peter Parker.

Marvel kept killing off Tony Stark in the What-If series and dumped his episode with Gamora to drive the point home and people keep saying Iron-Man is coming back. 🤣 They literally wiped out records of Peter Parker from existence and you are still hoping for Ned to remember him? How and why? The point was to protect them from having that knowledge. The MCU is not going to revisit undoing that spell anytime soon if at all.

If you watch the post credit scene closely, you can see that in one of the pictures, Peter is in one of them. But, his face is covered by a bird.

What's funnier in the scene with his brother, in the Graham Norton show, Tom specifically asked the stunt people to make sure Harry was hung upside down often. Due to the fact Tom complained about always being hung upside down and how tiring it was. His brother basically told him to "suck it up", but after experiencing it himself, admitted to Tom he can complain all he wants.

Saw the re-release yesterday with my kids - and I thought the extra scenes and transitions made the film way way better. One of the gripes I had with the first version was that it felt fast, and we went from one cool scene to another, without any context or transition. I thought the extra scenes added alot more fun and depth to the movie, without overly extending the run time. Just perfect, Loved it!!!

I still wish Tobey or Andrew would have mentioned a couple of villians that didn't show in the movies. Like I can imagine either Tobey or Andrew saying, "yeah I fought clones of myself before...it sounds cool but it's wasn't as fun as you think sounds." This could have been a fun tongue-in-cheek comment to how terrible the spiderman clone saga actually was in comics.

Perhaps this is the "Incursion" that Strange created? He said that everyone who knew Peter Parker was Spiderman was being drawn to their universe, from everywhere in the Multiverse. So imagine the chaos that Strange's spell "potentially" created if everyone in the entire Multiverse forgot that Peter Parker was Spiderman. But not just Hollands... *_ALL_* Peter Parkers!

This spell makes no sense and why would Strange cast it without talking to Peter like he's an idiot and explaining it? The guy is a surgeon he is used to looking down on others and being thorough.
@@aytony4090 because in fantasy land, which is what it is, it’s not a big deal. They always seem to find a way to explain away these little continuity issues. There are some other unexplainable moments in the marvel movies that aren’t explained. Hulk lost to Thanos in infinity war and they say it’s because he wasn’t used to fighting anything as strong as he was but he had just (very recently I might add) fought the giant wolf on Asgard. Also Valkyrie was on the ship that left with them (end of ragnorok) and if only Thor survived (and technically Hulk) how was she at the ending battle of end game? Stuff happens and you just have to leave it as it is. Not everything has to be explained in perfect detail, it’s somewhat up to the viewers imagination.

Saw them today unaware and it was so freaking pleasant. Made the movie better. They aren't anything substantial but still worth it.

@@erykpoyton2799 you say that until you try watching it. Try watching return of the king extended cut. Shit is 4 hours long it’s insane, and impossible to watch in a single sitting. A 6 hour movie would be a whole 1/4 of ur day. 3:30-4 hour cut would be awesome for this movie tho
Have now been to see the extended version twice. Firstly I was really impressed that even the new footage has had 4DX effects added (the first time I noticed was in the Harry Holland scene).
There is also a lot more of Tobey, who I felt was a little underused in the original cut. In the extended scenes you get a greater sense of the other two looking up to him, but the original edit is probably the best balanced. I really enjoyed the extended scenes with Peter talking to DODC with the model of the boat and the flip chart drawing of the Washington Monument. The extended footage with J. Jpnah Jameson also shows that he had people out looking for Peter earlier in the film so it doesn't seem quite so odd when they find him at Happy's.
Interesting, I hope we can get this version digitally soon just against spending money on 15 minutes added. If it was even 30 I’d go
@@gaper1287 in my defence it was National Cinema day in the UK yesterday so tickets were only £3 which is why I watched it on 4DX. I think some of the moments were a bit ruined with the seat jolting around in other parts of the film and made it lose some of the emotional impact. I really enjoyed the extended material and I appreciate them putting the full visual effects on them for the extended cut, but I would have been fine if they were just on the digital version. I'm a huge MCU fan, but I think the original cut was the better one for cinema audiences. The pacing is a fraction off at some points with the extended version.
No Toby & Goblin interaction, No 3 spidey swinging extra footage, No mention of Harry Osborn by name, No new Spidey homemade Suit extra footage, No Venom symbiote post credit details. I’ll pass (personally)
I saw the extended version yesterday! It made me wonder, hope if you’d do a video on it! My three favorite scenes in the extended version are the scene where Tom has the scene with his brother, the extra scene of Happy with Matt and the whole scene before the final battle with the 3 spider men!! I ESPECIALLY love the added dialogue that was hinting even more for them to team up again!! Since there’s probably going to be variants/ doppelgängers galore in Avengers 6, it would be perfect for all three spider men to team up again!! I also would LOVE to see Tobey and Andrew’s spider men interact with other Avengers!! It would be nice and awesome though to see those 2 appear in some other stuff before Secret Wars. With that it would be truly AWESOME and AMAZING to see Tobey get a 4th movie and Andrew get a 3rd movie!! If I had to choose though, from how many times I’ve watched No Way Home since it came out, every time I think about the part where Andrew’s Peter explains he got rage full and bitter after Gwen died, I get really interested and would love to see his Peter turn a bit like how Tobey did in his 3rd movie! And I also HIGHLY believe Andrew deserves another spider man movie!! After all these years, it would be pretty satisfying to see Andrew get his own trilogy of spider man movies!! This video made my day!!

they cleaned up the CGI a bunch and gave the film a much better color grade. I only saw NWH in theatres when it originally came out but that movie looked awful. Im glad that they fixed most of the issues I had with it.

It would be cool if Kevin Feige gets Sony to let Marvel Studios use a couple of there movie slots to be able to add more lead Up to Avengers Kang Dynasty & Secret Wars!!! Maybe using a universe with much different events from both the MCU & SONY’s venom-Verse maybe show this new universe we get to see them try and stop an Incursion but fail!! But one or two characters there escaped there universe jumping into the MCU!! If I could choose which characters I’d pick it to be the children of Reed $ Sue Richards from the movies with Loan Gruffudd & Jessica Alba even Chris Evens say both Reed and Sue not wanting there two children to die find a way to open a portal to another universe and send them through to safety but both there parents die. When there show up in MCU to find there parents are much younger then there dead parents and these kids are only 8-10 years old. This way both Franklin & Valeria Richards can be around durning avengers 5-6

I recently had my local theater actually play the uncut version, it honestly tied everything together and it was a lot of fun to go back and watch.

That's a good question! Considering that Strange said that the original spell was drawing everyone that knew Peter Parker as Spiderman from the entire Multiverse. It *_would_* stand to reason that the spell made everyone across the Multiverse forget.
Maybe that will be how they work Tobey and Andrews Spidermen characters back for another story? Ooo! Maybe that will be the foundation for a Spiderman across the Multiverse movie! They could crossover the Spiderverse animated movie with live-action. Because I'm sure you remember that not all the spiders are/were Peter Parker.

You are right that it's not that hard to understand. If the only way to stop *_EVERYONE_* coming in from *_everywhere and everywhen_* is to make them forget Peter Parker is Spiderman.
They only knew Peter Parker in "their" reality was Spiderman. So when the spell made them forget to stop them from being pulled into "Toms" reality? They would have to forget too. Otherwise the spell wouldn't have affected them, in either incident.

Also with the new post credit scene, it felt like a confirmation about theories of spictures and videos of peter as spiderman. The spell effectively erased peter. So that mural thing in the school doesnt have peter in it anymore

I just realized a plot hole in movie - Spider-Man No Way Home , Eugene aka flash the Piters school buddy , wrote about Peter Parker being the Spiderman. And after that Dr. Strange erases Piter Parker being the Spiderman in everyone's memory , but the book is not a person , therefore anyone who reads flashpoint book will know Spiderman's identity.

@@SEliteGuitarist99 The OP was talking about Iron Man and the other Avengers, when Peter was in the suit (but unmasked). At Aunt May's grave Happy was talking to Peter and told him he knew May through Spider-Man. All those events still happened. I'm saying Iron Man (if he was still alive) would remember Peter being snapped away as Spider-Man not Peter Parker in the Spider-Man suit. It's not just forgetting someone's name but their face. And I would say that in future Marvel projects that would revisit some scenes of an unmasked Spider-Man interacting with others before the spell would show him in the Spider-Man mask as opposed to a featureless face.
I'd love to see a SECRET WARS film (no need for "Avengers" in the title) where the Beyonder (the original version) gathers all of the past and present heroes and villains from Marvel films -- Disney, Sony, Fox, Universal, etc. -- and even some really old versions and places them on a cinematic version of "Battleworld." This would allow us to see the Fox versions of X-Men (including Hugh Jackman's version of Wolverine) and even Fantastic Four interact with the current MCU. Moreover, it would allow Iron Man and Steve Rogers the chance to come back. It would even allow some iconic Marvel imagery (like Wolverine v. Hulk) or Thomas Jane's THE PUNISHER.
In the end, this version of SECRET WARS could be a bit like the original CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS by incorporating some versions of the X-Men into the MCU version of Earth (although others would return to their world...and some could return to death [like Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark/Iron Man]). It would open the door to a SECRET WARS II film -- where the Beyonder comes to the MCU Earth....and falls in love with the Dazzler (his Achilles heel).
I agree, I am a fan of the original Secret Wars and was feeling disappointed that Marvel seems to want to ignore that version of Secret Wars.
That would be almost too much, the film would cost millions to get people to appear, and getting the rights to everything is difficult
I hope they release this on 4K, but they never released the longer cut of Far From Home.

holds up to the original we got last winter. I was planning on buying Now Way Home on Blu-ray at some point, but I suppose I can go see this version in a theater. I hope this
new extended version gets a re-release on Blu-ray as well.
I just got back from watching it today. Honestly, the whole movie feels like it flows way better than before.

We need a Director's Cut of this film man. Unpopular opinion, while I do like No Way Home, in no way I think it's a masterpiece like everyone makes it out to be. I feel like the film by itself just felt a bit too rushed in terms of its storytelling. MacGuffins, plot armors, coincidences, all of it just thrown around here and there without any logical explanations for the sake of advancing the plot. Like the writer and producer were telling the director to hurry up the whole time during filming. Most of the characters just felt wasted too. Especially Tobey and Andrew's Spidey. The Green Goblin my personal biggest highlight of the film (because of course, it's freakin Willem "Dafoeking Legend") should've gotten way more screen time with Tobey too, but they didn't. Which that to me is one of the biggest letdowns of the film, especially after knowing the fact that they've already filmed a personal rematch scene of some sort between the two, but then decided to delete all of it in the final cut anyway.
I still enjoyed the film don't get me wrong, and I'm glad that it even existed in the first place at all. But as a huuge fan of the original Sam Raimi Spider-Man duology and an average enjoyer of Marc Webb's Amazing Spider-Man films, I REALLY wanted to love this film, I do. But even with the return of Tobey AND Andrew in the film, I still think the film could've done wayyyy better than what we saw in theatres. So yeah, hopefully one of these days, a Zack Snyder's Cut type of miracle could happen for No Way Home as well. Even though it's probably a pipe dream, one can still hope.
I wonder if the spell that Dr Strange use to erase Peter Parker from the world is the same spell that Hermione used to erase herself from the Harry Potter World?
You can understand why they originally deleted some of the scenes so the movie stays fluent and not bogged down.

I have a good theory, the reason why America Chavez hasnt seen a version of spiderman through the 70+ numerous universes, is because she probably has met Peter Parker and he never revealed his identity to her and so its possible shes encountered Peter, just not spiderman

So it's right after Peter 3 says I'm lame and i wanna fight an alien because considering how two other Spider-Men did fought an alien, he would've questioned the fact if he would get to fight an alien, which would've teased a potential future of Andrew Garfield and Tom Hardy TASM3. Peter 3 says he fought a Russian guy in a rhino suit and Peter 2 tells him you're not lame and Peter 1 would've said yeah bro you're not because well i fought a guy in a vulture suit and Peter 2 will say yeah a guy with four mechanical arms and Peter 3 will laugh like oh it's crazy how it's all animals. vulture, octopus, rhino, and then he'll add lizard who is dr Connors and Peter 2 will be like oh i know a Dr Connors in my universe and Peter 3 will ask him if he's lost a limb or have turned into a lizard and Peter 2 will say yes he lost a limb and no not that he knows of turning into a lizard and Peter 3 will jokingly say oh might wanna keep an eye on him buddy which makes Peter 2 laughs. And Peter 3 will mention to Peter 2 oh you know Norman Osborn? Because i know a Norman in my world but he died and his son tried to cure himself but in doing so turned himself into a goblin and Peter 2 will say yeah my best friend Harry was a goblin at one point but we settled things and he died in my universe and Peter 3 will be like whoa Harry was my best friend too before the whole TASM2 event and then they both look at Peter 1 as a comical effect and Peter 1 will be like oh my best friend's name is ned and i don't think he'll become a super villain.
