Brother, could you please help me on this regard? I mean I tried to adjust my lifestyle with "one meal a day". But it seems totally impossible for me. I'll be very much grateful to get any suggestion.
@@sadiqulhaque6122 brother it's not really healthy , as far as I could tell you is this , the key is to sleep really early and when u woke up you could eat something light , like fruits , some biscuits , but early in the morning you can't eat much , later after that you eat a meal , but for the night you skip it because you want to sleep with your belly empty ... that is how it works for me
@@sadiqulhaque6122 but I also eat some other meals also I mean it's not really constant , If I sleep late or if I didn't have enough energy ,that's how it's , you may also eat snacks or give yourself treats , fruits are the best in this matter
Sadiqul Haque but there is something, don’t try to eat one meal for now and I also try to eat more to have the energy for the ramazan in sha allah after ramazan if it was possible do as you wish but don’t force yourself for now 💜
