Does the Supreme Court not have to listen to the people that gives them the ability to uphold the law. Should the will of the people not outweigh the will of the Supreme Court considering we are governed by consent 🤔. Didn’t we take the head of a king for Something along them lines

By returning the boats back to where they are being launched from your also sending a clear message to people who PAY for the smugglers that they will lose all their money and to not do it. Alex nailed it though. There is no will from the French to stop the boats from coming over.

There is something I don’t understand if a policy is set into law by parliament who are the ONLY LAW MAKERS IN THE UK not the judges not the police not the House of Lords THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN APPROVE A NEW LAW ARE THE UK PARLIAMENT so once that law is put in place it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO FOLLOW THAT LAW so any lawyer or judge who fails to accept that law are in fact acting ILLEGALLY.
So the whole laws process needs to be changed .

My belief is UK had been taking migrants from different parts of the world it cost 30 millions per day to house these migrants in hotels and it cost 10 Billions per year Taxpayers had to pay This is not UK problems alone UK should ask the United Nations to contribute and fund them UK is broke and do not have money to pay the Doctors and Nurses the Economy is stagnant hence the Conservative govertment should asked the United Nations to contribute after all these migrants come from different part of the world the Taxpayers are living from hand to mouth and even had to go to food bank after paying half their salary to Taxes

Better still ...why do we not give the people in the uk the job of stopping these boats comming into our waters...train people ..use xsoldiers ect ect ..problem sorted
