    Thank you, Annie Thoe and Sensing Vitality. I recommend your videos to dental patients. I practice dental hygiene and have encountered many persons with jaw, neck, head and shoulder tension. I deeply appreciate what you are sharing.And, Feldenkrais lessons have provided me with increased vitality. Again, much gratitude for your passions.

      Thank you so much. It's actually easy to study with me these days-- I'm teaching online and you could join my new series working with Radiant Face - Flower Medicine today if you can make it. We just started (I can send last week's class video link) and it's a powerful series: You can register here: www.sensingvitality.com/workshops/radiant-face-flower-medicine/ We are using a rock (Somewhat smooth, hand shaped-- can use a glass bottle or glass drinking glass) and narrow, round stick (can use chopstick or paintbrush handle) for props in this series.

    It feels as if my big heavy head got lubrication; it turns much more easily on my neck. ROM has been a big problem for me for the past year or more, making driving a bit risky. I'm just getting started with you, Annie, but I'm noticing improvement that isn't just temporary relief. And I'm recommending your channel to whoever will listen. Salut!

      Glad to hear it! I've worked a lot with both whiplash and neck injury for many years and this is a simple but very helpful way to align your head and connect with your skeletal support. Thanks for sharing my channel as well. It is good to have these tools available.

    When u pull on one ear and look up and down with eyes, u say the head is gonna want to move up and down and I notice your head does move. Do we want to move the head or keep it fixed and move eyes only?

    • @SensingVitality
      @SensingVitality  4 роки тому +3

      These lessons are more about sensing what you do than following or imitating my movements. Yes, it's normal to want to move your head when you look with your eyes. Holding your ear helps you feel this movement connection between the head and eyes. We can reduce the effort in one's neck however, and even reduce the movement of the head, even move the head the opposite direction from the eyes... many possibilities.

      I started looking at your videos because for the past two years I'm experiencing tinnitus. After some research and trying different things I realised that I have a problem somewhere around my ears, neck, shoulders and head. My massaging, stretching, stroking ... these areas I find relief but tinnitus seams to come back. The same thing happened with a few of yours excercises. Anyway I enjoy anything that gives me relief and I keep following your instructions.
      Thank you
