Still can’t believe it took me years to find out Mindy was voiced by Scarlett Johansson
This was definitely one of the best movies based on a show out there. It was funny, it was dramatic, it was perfect
It's still wild to me how people can make a living off watching tv and movies chopping it up with their friends
Fun fact: you can hear mr Krabs voice actor cursing in the spongebob movie when u listen closely to when spongebob misthought he was the manager and mr krabs was Whispering in his ears
Like I will always enjoy this movie. I was around 12 but I relish seeing people watch it. Our band also covers the credit song "Ocean Man by Ween" all the time. Mostly because it is easy to play but because it is just a banger of a song.
Considering the fact that there’s no Krusty Crab 2 in the show after this, and the fact that SpongeBob isn’t manager, I’d say this movie gets moved up the timeline each time there’s a new episode/movie and it’ll forever take place at the end of the timeline
I was 6 when this movie came out, holy fucking shit this aged amazingly
4:10 Bruh, the little scream reminds me so much of the "Bald" thing they do later on 🤣🤣🤣
This is such a perfect movie adaptation of a tv show!
This movie was supposed to wrap up the series according to Stephen Hillenburg, unfortunately the executives at Nickelodeon became too greedy as they start overusing it and got rid of shows like: As Told By Ginger and Hey Arnold! from the original program.😑
They should definitely watch
The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water right after this one... 😉
No they shouldn't
I'd like that too.
@@NateS917 THEY SHOULD 😤
@@emojilegend7617 I mean, if they want to react to a worse version of this one, then sure
The real secret formula was the friends we made along the way
I hope they watch more Spongebob in the future, hopefully the funniest episodes! :)
(Especially since this video has just hit the like goal)
11:19 There's always a bigger fish
i unironically think this movie is a 10/10 lol
17:38 HOW IN TF DID THEY GET AWAY WITH DOING THE * cough * * cough * SALUTE 💀💀💀💀
I swear I remember Plankton saying "what the hell" in the UK version...
Literally every second of this movie is engraved in my mind- the most iconoc SpongeBob media
You should honestly watch the Sponge out of Water movie. One of my favorite Spongebob movies!
2:22 literally overwatch
I can’t believe you didn’t include “DADDY NO!” “Daddy *YES*”
13:39 MR BEAST!!
MIISTTERRR DIIIVVVERR
4:24 now I can understand why Alex Bale thinks Goofy Goober is a cult.
This movie is a freaking masterpiece "oh I'm a goofy goober" it gives a really good message that you can still do kid things while still being a adult and it works really well I really love the movie and I'm proud of it
11:26 MEME
11:03 I have a distinct memory of seeing this scene past my bedtime at like 2 volume and getting scarred I think I was like 5 or 6
Imagine if Squidward and Sandy accompanied SpongeBob and Patrick on their quest
That's just the 2nd movie lol
I wished Sandy was there as a kid, she would’ve cleaned out that entire bar 🤣
