The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water is the second sponge bob movie in the nickelodeon franchise. Patrick Star, Sandy Cheeks, Mr Krabs and Squidward Tentacles take on Plankton for wolrd domination, so you KNOW we had to make a reaction video to the FULL MOVIE.

This was really good. It was interesting seeing Plankton and SpongeBob working together, and hilarious how quickly society collapsed without the krabby patty. Plus, Burgerbeard is kind of a laugh riot.

While the first film will always be GOATed, I still appreciate how zany and chaotic Sponge out of Water is. I think the time travel sequences perfectly embodies the strange world of the Spongebob as a whole.

No joke, this was my favourite movie as a kid. The plot was off the wall, it never got boring, and while the CGI wasn't that great, that was part of the charm for me. And of course, Antonio Banderas was in this movie. Need I say more?

I always had a soft spot for this movie. Even though it’s not as good as the first, I still think it’s pretty fun movie overall.

The only part I kinda didn’t like was when they got to the real world and did all the classic “animated character visits real world” tropes. That and when they’re showing off all the characters powers. Other than that I liked it a lot.

Personally I like this one more. It takes itself a lot less serious and is fast paced but slow enough to where I understand what's going on.
Plankton is literally a genius who invented artificial intelligence and multiverse travel, but he's out here trying to steal a sandwich? What?
Plankton should of work at a better job than trying to steal the secret formula in almost every episode in the series
The original SpongeBob movie should’ve been nominated for best animated feature instead of Shark Tale. The first movie was a masterpiece that cannot be topped by its sequels.

I love how they've been joking about the Epic Rap Battles for the entire video and then the gag pays off at the end when it *actually happens by the actual creators of ERB.*
This movie is ultimately underrated. I like how they made the SpongeBob characters CGI in the real world, and made them fight Antonio Banderas dressed as a pirate. This movie needs more love, guys.

There's the first and most iconic SpongeBob movie, the weakest and latest SpongeBob movie, and the underrated middle child that I personally consider the best out of the three SpongeBob movies.
I honestly think the people hate about this Movie is extremly unecessary.
Like isn't better than the original,but the Focus of the Movie is not trying to be better than original,the Focus of this Sequel is Just to be:"A Fun Little Movie entirely focused in the Comedy and slapstick action".(kinda like the Mario Movie)
The first movie set such a high bar that trying to compare the two honestly feels really unfair to this one's credit, it's a fantastic movie in it's own right
I remember stumbling home drunk with my friends to their house and we all started to watch this movie and I fell asleep 5 mins in and woke up hung over and alone just in time for the rap battle to start and was so utterly confused😂💀

I grew up with this movie,I wasn’t there for the first movie(I was born in 2004) but I was definitely here for this underrated gem of a movie and I’m glad I was bc this movie is absolutely amazing

This movie is finally seeing the light of day and makes feel happy that people aren’t pooping on just because it’s a sequel to SpongeBob and it wouldn’t be good as the first, BUT this movie is a great SpongeBob movie like how Shrek forever after is a great conclusion, they just both have hatred among people who can’t see what’s appreciated about how they portray and do with each character and story in them and feel safe to say that their both are a hidden gem from most animated movie sequel that are way better than Disney sequel (weather direct Disney sequels or modern Disney and even some Pixar sequels) and don’t lie and say they are worst then that, so yeah have a great existence.
This movie is definitely good, it just lives in a world where peak SpongeBob is so unmatched that it has a lot to live up to. By itself though, good movie.

I would say at least episode-wise what I'd really like to see from you guys in the way of SpongeBob reacts is definitely more of the infamous and controversial modern episodes. Episodes such as Are You Happy Now or A Pal for Gary for example, I would really like to see how you guys react to episodes such as that.

This movie had such an impact on me that when 5th grade me was tasked with writing a war story, I wrote about the bikini bottom apocalypse. And on top of that I didn't spell apocalypse correctly despite being on Google docs.
