    Hai mam , thank you for showing good exercise s . Mam I had undergone many surgeries . Two c section , 1abortion , gallstone with hernia and hystroctomy . After my gallstone surgery I started facing a severe problem that addition s now I can't bend and do you any work more and run or walk faster , and can't lift more weight . Please teach me some exercises for getting immune for additions problem . I'll be waiting for your reply . Please help mam I need your . Had I am inspired by your yoga and your explanation why we should do yoga.
