After my gallstone surgery I started facing a severe problem that addition s now I can't bend and do you any work more and run or walk faster , and can't lift more weight . Please teach me some exercises for getting immune for additions problem . I'll be waiting for your reply . Please help mam I need your . Had I am inspired by your yoga and your explanation why we should do yoga.
