Your face when you realised who Pan really was.. that’s pretty much what they were going for lol one of the best twists in the story at this point in the season.
Looking back when I first watched this season, I kind of hate myself for not figuring out Pan's identity sooner. There were various clues/hints, especially when you go back to Episode 4 and watch Rumple and Pan's interactions in the flashback scenes. Still, the Pan reveal will probably go down as one of the best TV twists in history!! :) :)
The Pan reveal was done so well. With the emotion of dumping his son, and the shadow pointing and the camera closing in, and the music SWELLING, and the switch to Robbie Kay, who looked absolutely broken when the dust cleared.
It's one thing for a child to want to stay young forever for fear of the unknown quanities of adulthood, but a grown man to want to be a child again when he himself already has one, and manages to do so, Peter Pan is a literal definition of Peter Pan Syndrome.
4:01 now that i think about it, that portal looks exactly as the one that Bae used to go to England. So last time Rumple had saw a portal like that it took him to Nerverland and all those traumatic events. No wonder he got terrified at seeing that green portal. (of course there was the thing about taking his powers away, but i bet he also remembered all this)
Ahh this is one of the best episodes! I still think the Peter Pan/Rumple twist is the best of the whole show. I was so shocked I never would’ve figured it out, I was so sure that they were brothers, not father and son. I’ve been waiting for your reaction to this episode because everyone’s reaction to the reveal are always priceless.
Now looking back at Rumple's behaviour in past seasons hits a whole lot different. His immediate regret when he abandoned Bae, and him dedicating his whole life to finding him again. Him breaking his own leg and subjecting himself to a life of ridicule so that his son wouldn't have to grow up fatherless - what seemed like an excuse at the time now has a lot more validity to it XD
So happy you got to this episode!! I have been waiting for you to get to this episode sense I found your channel!! Definitely one, if not the, best twist out of the show!!
Whit this I remember my reaccion when discovered that Pan is Rumple's dad, but looking back was a bit obvious, it was still shocking. and the little crying Rumple always breaks my heart. I love your OUAT reaction!!! Xoxo
Aaahhhh this is literally the ONE episode I have been DYING to see you react to. Dont get me wrong, I love all your reactions, but this is one of my absolute favorite episodes
Been waiting for your reaction to this since you started this season!!! loved the look on your face when you realized Pan was Rumple's dad lol thats why i love this twist that reaction never gets old lol This show is pretty good at casting younger/older versions of characters theres only been i think a couple that werent as believable as the rest. the only thing i felt was off was the accent of younger Rumple. his accent was a bit stronger than Robert Carlyle's. Also fun fact: the voice of the shadow in Neverland was actually voiced Marilyn Manson...
I think that might be deliberate in the case of young/old Rumple. He worked on changing his accent to distance himself from his past - it's enough to be scary, but not enough to remind Rumple of his past.
This pretty much shaped Rumple in that his own father rejected him. And Rumple in his own way fought for his son in a way. So yes this is the "I am your Father" moment.
What a reaction!!! Amazing as usual!! This season is destroying you so far? Wait till you get to the second half!!! Please react to episode 9 soon! We need more Once Upon a Time reactions more often!
You have the best reaction that I've seen so far for this episode....other reactions already have guessed the twist and so when it finally happened their reaction weren't as good as yours
Thank you for another fabulous reaction! Your reactions were so adorable and priceless. And I really enjoyed this episode a lot. It isn't one of my favorites from this season, but it does have one of the show's biggest twists in it when Pan was revealed to be Rumplestiltskin's father. I loved that I didn't see that coming... at all. :) However, I was disappointed that Henry fell for Pan's lies and trusted him over both of his mothers and his father, especially as they pleaded with him to believe in them like they believed in him. That they loved him. Henry kind of goes back and forth between liking magic and hating it a little too much for me, and the fact that he was willing to sacrifice his life with his family upon believing Pan when he told Henry all he would have to sacrifice was going back home, when last season Henry was prepared to destroy magic with a stick of dynamite, kind of made me mad. But then Pan is very convincing and Henry is still just an eleven year old boy. I do somewhat understand it. Thank you again. I look forward to the next episode. Enjoy! Until next time...

One of the best twist In any show ever including the best twist in this show
"That's how you jump in a portal with your kid, Rumple. You should take notes."
HOT _DAMN_ THAT'S A BURN

This is so true!!! Rewatching it now I find so manny nods too his identity when he would talk to Rumple
True
You're right.
When he called him laddie, knew when he was a kid, and the doll
Personally I think the twist in season 6 is better
The Pan reveal was done so well. With the emotion of dumping his son, and the shadow pointing and the camera closing in, and the music SWELLING, and the switch to Robbie Kay, who looked absolutely broken when the dust cleared.
This reveal is jaw-dropping, one of the best plot twists in recent years' TV shows.
It's one thing for a child to want to stay young forever for fear of the unknown quanities of adulthood, but a grown man to want to be a child again when he himself already has one, and manages to do so, Peter Pan is a literal definition of Peter Pan Syndrome.
it's so fucking creepy
I got so mad he looked even more evil and selfish when Henry gave him his heart whyyyy Henry😫
@Anna's randomness WhoCares he was only 18, it's crazy how well he acted the role
“That’s how you jump through the portal with your kid, rumple, take notes” I DIED LMFAO

Yessss
Peter pan is the worst father in this show, But he was one of the best villain.
absolutely agree, me too i hate peter pan
and here for me, the worst mother in the series
cora (the mother of regina)
@@soixsantes I agree.
@@rationallyblasphemous729 and if you want my opinion at about of cora, it's she who should have been evil queen not regina
@@rationallyblasphemous729 and if you are interested, I have an alternative version in the scene or cora kills daniel
I made the same face.
one upon a time.
