How did you provide evidence of marriage preparations if you do not have a timeline of your arrival to the US? In my initial I-129F package, I provided plenty of photos with my Filipina and her family and lots of evidence of expenses while I was there in April 2022. I also gave them all the other information they asked for. I used a Fiancé Visa service recommended by my future sister-in-law who lives in Nashville. My NOA-1 is dated June 17, 2022, so I am hoping to hear from USCIS soon. 🤞🙏
We were planning on the US wedding with a zero based date. I captured our conversations about getting married in Vegas, who we are planning to invite and pictures of his visits to the jeweler's shop for our wedding bands.

Hi po, for us will be the recent year. Yung filed April 2023 yata. Which shows 2022 income. Supported by other documents like recent paystubs and bank certificates. Good luck po.
Hi Cassie, I have already received the notice about my visa status and its "Ready" and already received also letter from the us embassy to book my appointment and medical examination. We're just having a hard time right now to fill up for my appointment coz we are stuck on the first part of the form with the "Priority Date". The I-797 we've received there is a Priority Date but the box is blank or empty no date we're stated there. What should we do? Hope you can help or advice us. Thanks in advance!
Oh no! In that case you need to contact USCIS. It would have shown on the Case Tracker tool in their website prior Approval or NOA2.

Hello po. Ask ko lang . In transit na po yung case namin sa k1 . Now po kasi 25weeks preggy ako ang balak po namin ipagpatuloy nalang yung k1 namin pag medical at interview once after give birth nalang po . Ok lang po ba yun? Kailan ko din po ba dapat gawin yun ds 160 pag case Ready na o hayaan ko muna case ready tapos pagpanganak ko tyako na lang gawin? Hopefully masagot po question ko thankyou po.
Hello po, I think may expiry ang approval and then automatically extended to a certain period (which is unknown to me). Make sure lang po na within sa period limit ang pag process nyo. Call nlg kayo sa USEM para proper guidance especially on the timeline! Best of luck! ❤️🔥

Hi, we provided screenshots of our initial preparations. These are conversations involving wedding venue, guests, weddings rings, etc. Nothing has to be specific or booked. You only need to prove that there is an INTENT to marry.
Congrats! We are April 2022 filers too. We received NOA 2 on May 1, 2023. Still waiting for the welcome letter from NVC. I inquired at NVC on May 30th. They responded 3 days later and said they have not received my petition yet. They said to submit a scanned copy of the approval notice to the nvcresearch email which I did. And 3 days later, the research team said they have not received my petition. They said to contact them again if we have not received the welcome letter after 60 days since the petition was approved.
I am hoping they received my petition this week and hear from them in the next coming weeks.

When your case is ready at your embassy and you are able to secure an intervoew appointment, then you can set up the medical exam. I think this variea per country. In the Philippines, a confirmed interview schedule is required for the medical exam.

I made a mistake on my cover letter (I-129F), I put wrong content on it, but inside the document are correct, Does anyone know is this a problem? Will the visa officer think that the information I provide is inconsistent with the content?
Hello! I have never encountered this type of error but I don't believe a cover letter will affect your application. A cover letter isn't necessary in the first place. Don't sweat too much. ☺️

If you can get the online appointment, i think it'z only for a couple of hours. Heard that securing the appointment is a tough one. Need to check their site 7am on the dot to secure a slot

@@CassieTormes peru po noa1 merun na po , ,noa2 wala pa po, then nag ka problem po ako sa date of Birth ko instead of july naging June at Middle name at last name nagkapalitan kaya tumawag po kami sa support team ,then sabi po ng support team mag send daw kami ng mail na mali ang information sa California center ,eh texas po fiance ko , but na confuse fiance ko kasi inadvise sa kanya sa California center peru naka based nmn si fiance ko sa Texas ,ok lang po ba yun?
Ok lang po yun, most K1 cases kasi are processed in California. Initially, the i-129f packet is sent to Texas.

Hi! Your case should be ready by then. Fill out DS160, sign up sa CGI, pay visa fee, schedule interview, book your medical and pay.

@@kindly54 2022 pa yung RFE letter po? Meron po yang expiration. Check nyo ang RFE letter and if indeed expired na, I think your petition has lapsed as well. Baka need nyong mag refile.
