Hello, I just came across your videos and they are so helpful. My boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year, are very in love, but didn't want to rush into a marriage - his tourist visa from Paraguay just recently expired. After trying to re-apply, we found out today that he was told he needs to re-apply in person, but there is not an appointment until July. He's never over-stayed his time in the US. Now we are at a crossroads of wondering if we wait to see if his visa is granted, or if we begin the K-1 visa process in case his visa is denied for some reason and we get ahead of the very long timeframe Do you have any suggestions? Hello. My 129f Application was accepted on December 19. 2022. How long will it take to process the application has been filed at the California service center.
80% of the I-129F cases pending at that service center are taking about 16.5 months to process. If an RFE is issued, then that may add several months on top of that.
Hi i have an important question: I have a tourism visa valid 10 years. And my passport for 6 years. I know the limit of stay in the USA B1/B2 visa is 6 months maximum stay. Last year i was there for 3 months for holidays at his house and i met his friends and family. I stayed at his place for that time and the officers at the border knew of it. I have returned to my home country for 6 months. So we decided I will go to go visit him again this year for 5 months. If the reason of my stay is to spend more time together with each other before me and my fiancé officially decide to do the start of K-1 Visa process after i return could i be denied or rejected ?

At 2023 how many months it takes for fiance visa it's already 5moth my it is UpTo 6moth or more than that

Hello. My 129f Application was accepted on December 19. 2022. How long will it take to process the application has been filed at the California service center.
80% of the I-129F cases pending at that service center are taking about 16.5 months to process. If an RFE is issued, then that may add several months on top of that.

Hi i have an important question:
I have a tourism visa valid 10 years. And my passport for 6 years. I know the limit of stay in the USA B1/B2 visa is 6 months maximum stay.
Last year i was there for 3 months for holidays at his house and i met his friends and family. I stayed at his place for that time and the officers at the border knew of it. I have returned to my home country for 6 months. So we decided I will go to go visit him again this year for 5 months.
If the reason of my stay is to spend more time together with each other before me and my fiancé officially decide to do the start of K-1 Visa process after i return could i be denied or rejected ?
