Mapapapa sana all kana lang talaga, easy to get yung medical at interview. I think why that happens, is because it has its own purpose. My medical exam was perfomed on Oct 5 but sadly I was subjected to sputum test. I was so confident ill pass because I am healthy, working out and running. I cannot do anything about it anymore but to follow their protocol. Ill be back at Saint lukes again in December, that's life as it is
We got the NOA2 more than 3 weeks ago and are waiting for the nxt , got the DS-160 ready but hasn't submitted it yet. not sure if we gonna submit it or not nah

Hi Cassie. We are set to start our AOS soon. When looking for the requirements to pass, one of them is the G 1145 e notification of of application acceptance. Where do we get that document? Thank you!!
@@michelle-uk8wm oh no, sorry to confuse you. My RFE was for my K1 Visa. For AOS, no need for intent to marry but rather proof marriage and ongoing relationship.
I also had my medical last Oct 11-12 and Oct 17 for my interview. Para lang akong pumasok tas passed na. Drive thru ganern 🥹 thank you Lord for the smooth process 😇 flight ko naman sa December. First flight ❤

Hi casey I recieve noa and noa 2 then dumating narin eligibility letter oct19 mag wait pa ba na marecieve ko yun case ready? Bago ako mag book ng interview appointment kc sabi sa letter pwede na raw ako mag pa shedule for interview at hindi ba hahanapin yun case ready letter mo kpag may shedule na?
Bakit po need kuha muna ng ssn before wedding po? Di po ba sila nagrerelease? Yung iba po kasi married name na sila nakakuha ng ssn after their wedding. Thank you po
It may vary per state but here in Indiana SSN office requires a current status proof which could have been my i-94 but then since I got married na, my status is K3 already which does not reflect on myi-94. Without my SSN, I couldn’t proceed with opening a bank account and not even a driver’s license. It practically paralyzed me. Now how to wait for my EAD before I can get an SSN. Depends din if di ka nagmamadali sa process, then you can wait na kasal muna bago SSN. It still works. Just slower.

@@Forever34182 case number will be on the Welcome Letter. Prior to that arriving in the mail, you may inquire via NVC Public Inquiry on their website. At least 30 days from Approval date.

Didn’t you have to complete a criminal background check?
I only secured an NBI clearance. All other “criminal background check” was done by USCIS.

How many days after uscis approves the case do we receive an e-mail. We have been approved but have not received an email yet.
Matagal dzaii. For us it took 63 days to receive the case number from NOA2. We sent a public inquiry through NVC’s website.

No. It will be given to you by the consul if nakapasa ka sa interview

Hi, that’s what I did. Make sure lang of the timing. Case should be ready at the time of the interview.
