    roj subha 1hr yoga krti hu...din bhar Active rehti hu...saam ko cardio + exercise kr leti hu 30-45 min...
    maida ,chini, jyda fried khana chor diya h...ghar ka bna veg khana khati hu..
    khane k bd vajrasana me baithi hu...
    1.5kg km hua h weight.
