I started my volleyball workout like 3 days ago and my shoulders are still feeling it. Man i need more volleyball plays, my regional school volleyball tournament starts next month >:DDD

I've been doing stretches and mobility during recovery days and it really does feel great, as it gets easier you can try out harder variations of most of those exercises too !
First. Great video! I started playing recently and doing strength exercices, always wondered if i could do something on recovery days, this mobility exercices seems super cool.
True since i started stretching my shoulder got much better.. 3 years ago in school i was randomly hitting the ball into the wall shoulder started to hurt and i didnt care too much thought its nothing, back then i had rly bad pain whenever i was swinging with more power and now i've been stretching before games and practice for half a year and i barely feel any pain anymore
