Thank you for your Biblical instructions and clarification. I was raised in a pentacostal church that taught the pre-trib rapture theory. At approximately the age 40 I had an epiphany- what I would consider a miracle and a direct answer to a heart felt prayer. For some reason I had been struggling with the rapture question. I can't tell you why, but the Lord had laid it on my heart. One morning getting ready for work, shaving before the mirror, I broke into the most heart wrenching prayer I think I have ever prayed. Through my tears I asked the Lord to please show me the truth. I prayed.. how can we think that we, living today deserve to be taken out of terrible persecution when millions of christians down through the ages have suffered horribly and were put to death for their belief in Jesus. What makes us think we're so special in our faith that we deserve to be " rocket shipped out of persecution and suffering ". I fervently prayed and ask the Lord for guidance. I don't know why I felt so adamant about knowing except I was beginning to think we christians were relying too much on the pre trib teaching so we would not have to worry... because we would be raptured out. What happened next was a most obvious and welcomed answer to prayer I have ever experienced. That very day at work a christian co-worker approached me with a letter and enclosed pamphlet he had received in the mail. He said he didn't request it, but it had come in the mail the day before. He told me he hadn't opened it, but the Lord laid on his heart to give it to me. I had no idea what it was but proceeded to open it. Inside was a pamphlet from Rev. Marvin Rosenthal...a messianic christian. In it he was saying how he had come to disbelieve the pre trib rapture teaching and that he had written a book titled " The Pre-Wrath Rapture ". By the way the book is still available and a great help regarding Biblical teaching on the rapture. Another great book is " The Sign " by Van Kampen. I almost could not believe this direct answer to prayer. I proceeded to call Rev Rosenthals organization called Zions Fire. Expecting to have a receptionist or someone else answer the phone I found myself talking directly to Rev. Rosenthal. When I told him my story he prayed with me and proceeded to send me 10 books free to give to my christian friends. What Rosenthal wrote - and it all follows scripture - truly changed my understanding of our being taken up to the Lord. One of the things that stood out is the belief that the tribulation is the wrath of God. Pre trib believers often say we are not appointed to Gods wrath in the tribulation therefore we are taken up before the tribulation. If you study your Bible carefully and look for the references to " "The day of the Lord " you'll find the tribulation is satans wrath poured out on mankind. The tribulation and the great tribulation are not the wrath of God. The wrath of God is toward the end of the tribulation. The wrath of God is the terrible "Day Of The Lord". It's when God pours out his wrath on an unholy world after the believers are raptured. That's why we are not appointed to wrath....Gods wrath on an unholy world. But we will go through the satanic tribulation. A time of testing. Thats what Jesus referenced when he said if the tribulation was not cut short no mankind would be left. But it is cut short by Christ's return and our rapture then to meet him in the air. Then God's wrath is poured out on the evil unbelievers on earth. That is the wrath that we are not subjected to, not satans wrath on believers in the great tribulation. The pre trib rapture teaching will cause some christians to lose faith when they find that they are in times of severe tribulational persecutions and Christ has not raptured them yet. It says in 2nd Peter chapter 3 that in the last days christians will be scoffed at. Unbelievers will asked the christians..." where is Jesus and his return". Those that have held onto a pre trib rapture belief may lose faith and turn away. Those that know the truth of his coming and the rapture will hold strong. One last point although there are many. In Matthew chapter 24 Jesus says that after the distress of those days. He was speaking of the tribulation...and he goes on to say that AFTER the signs in the heavens then will come the Son of Man and he will gather his own from one end of the earth to the other. See, clearly he says only AFTER the distress of the tribulation, AFTER the signs in the heavens, only then will he return and gather his own in the rapture. And there is only one rapture. If there was a rapture before the tribulation Jesus would have told us. How do I know that....well because in chapter 24 of Matthew verse 25 Jesus said " see I have told you ahead of time ". In other words he was telling his disciples...sort of.... "filling them in on things that were to happen in the end times". Because they were asking him what was going to happen in the end times. If there was going to be a rapture before the tribulation Jesus would have told them without stating a day or hour. And we know Jesus never told an untruth, so when he says I have told you before hand...we must believe it. And once again, he didn't say he would gather us to Him before the tribulation. Remember he told his disciples " I have told you everything ahead of time.....Because they were asking. You can ask too. Why does all this matter. Because we are going to need to be strong and not rely on the false teaching ( pre trib rapture teaching didn't even enter into christian teaching until the early 1800's). Before believers adhere to a pre trib rapture theory. Read what Paul taught in the early church. Read 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2. Read it carefully with prayer and ask God to make it clear to you what Paul is saying. It can't be much clearer. Paul is stating that Christ will appear/return ONLY AFTER the man of lawlessness (the antichrist) comes on the scene. And Paul makes it clear that our gathering to Christ (the rapture) will only happen then. So Paul is stating that Christs' return and our gathering to Him will happen ONLY AFTER the antichrist arrives. There are not two raptures. Therefore once again, to emphasize according to Paul, Christ will return and rapture us only AFTER the antichrist appears. If anyone would know the truth on this matter it would surely be Paul. I know many of you will disagree strongly with what I'm saying here. This is because youv'e been taught all your life that you're going to be taken out before the horrible times happen so why worry. Well, maybe you should ernestly pray for the truth. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...ASK GOD. Pray for an answer. It really does matter because Jesus says in Revelation that it's a time of testing. A time of testing for believers. When the tribulatory persecutions start It will be a time of testing for us. We must be strong...do not rely on a false teaching. But before you cast judgement on what I'm saying here..... I truly believe you are a child of God and that Jesus has saved you. God wants you to be strong when the time comes. If we are alive at that time we will need each other. Please don't cast judgement on me as I have not on you. You are a brother or sister in Christ. If you really want an answer Jesus will direct you. Please don't ONLY listen to the man behind the pulpit or the many Christian TV shows that are constantly talking about the imminent any moment rapture. They are only preaching what they've been taught. They mean well.....but, it could be they are wrong. So please if the spirit leads you, pray for an answer yourself. I prayed and got an answer. God wants to give us wisdom and answers. It will matter in the horrible end times that I believe are not to far away. Jesus said nothing like it before and nothing as bad afterward. Some teachings can lull us to sleep. Also pray for our nation. God bless you.
Good insight. It may interest you to know that the word rapture is found in what we know today as the latin bible or also known as the vulgate. It was written in the 3rd century by St . Jerome. The vulgate was used by the Roman catholic church. For the priests and the educated at that time. It's use was to keep the commen people in ignorance and fear. I have heard that the word rapture was never taught or heard of before 1830. BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE.There is a book entitled THE INCREDIBLE COVERUP. It speaks of the origin of this word rapture in a broader sense. When the rapture teaching began to take off. But the word itself originates back in the 3rd century. Hope your interested.

I declined because of my health conditions lupus, and heart disease. Since losing my job I’ve been waitressing I love it but I’m not making nearly enough to to get by. Even as I constantly struggle to pay my rent. And I constantly struggle to provide groceries for my sons! I’m choosing to keep faith. Back in 1980 I was attending a bible study and several people started talking about the rapture. I listened not knowing what the rapture was. While they were discussing when it would be. God spoke directly to me and said there would be no rapture as they assumed there would be. He very clearly said there was no such thing, that they had dreamed it up telling themselves that they would not have to go through any hardships. Well I still believe God and I know that just as He said no man knows the day or hour, not even Jesus. The rapture is a real event that happens at the end of Christ's kingdom in 1,000+ years. And the pre-trib protection event that's on earth and still in the flesh is the woman of Rev 12:14. Look at Isa 35:1-7 where some people are confused and others know what's going on. Also look at Micah 7:14 that says Jesus will shepherd His flock "who are in a woodland....in the midst of Carmel". The timing of that is after Christ's return and vengeance while God's wrath plays out on the rest of the world. Also notice continuing in Isa 35, verses 8-10 is after Armageddon when they walk to Zion to set up the thrones of Rev 20:4 and Matt 25:31 to judge the nations.
At some point God would unseal the sealed up words that were given by Gabriel to Daniel in Daniel 12. These cryptic words were specifically assigned to the wise who would live in the time of the end. If you go to his channel The New Covenant Simplified and his video "Message To The Christians" he goes through a very detailed defense of our faith and what he feels the New Testament actually teaches with prophecies of the coming kingdom to support it. Ndes are confusing and so are visions , that being said the Bible doesn’t say you can be given false visions right? In the sense that you can’t be taken somewhere Spiritually by spirits that isn’t real . It says spirits can pretend to be good but it doesn’t really say they have the power to warp all of reality . Although many ndes contradict the Bible so it confuses things, since it says only God decides where your body goes after death and to be out of your body is to be with God , so then how does that make room for ndes? And where does it say false visions and realities Can be created to lead people astray about future events?
Here is one thing that's not crazy there are a tremendous amount of people that love God and are awaiting Jesus's return in the clouds to take his bride home and these people including myself are absolutely going through tremendous pain and suffering every single day as we cry out cry out cry out to go home and to escape this evil world. Those are the people that I pray for that I sympathize with that I love because I understand their pain and suffering. Say what you want to say but if you don't know or don't understand or or not going through the fire through the crushing through the relentless suffering then you truly don't have a lot of understanding.
Hi Kevin, Paul the Apostle says that all of creation itself is groaning and painfully yearning for the day when we will be transformed into our immortal, sinless, glorified bodies. When this age will come to an end. As a brother who lives with the pains of this age, I resonate with your comments. That said, the Bible simply does not teach a pretribulational rapture. I wish it did. As one who understands and knows suffering, I believe we are called to encourage and prepare the larger church to also endure patiently through suffering. This is the consistent exhortation of the Scriptures. Endurance and perseverance in suffering, not an easy escape from trials. Blessings and strength to you.

The blessed hope is the resurrection and eventual deliverance from all trials. It is so essential to note that the very passage that speaks of the Blessed Hope is his Parousia , HIs appearing in shining glory, not a secret catching away that cannot be found anywhere in Scripture. "looking for the blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus" Tt 2:13.

What is clear is that God's wrath is only ever poured out on the wicked, even in the presence of His saints, just as He did when He afflicted the Egyptians but not the Israelites with plagues.

Yes, the tribulation saints. The church is the body/bride of JESUS CHRIST. The old testament saints are waiting. Not all saints are the same, but we are all saved.
There is only one coming back and that is Yahweh Messiah, Jesus, Christ, Lord and God and others are sun deity names from different cultures. Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:” Yahweh is coming back during the Armageddon War that ends the Tribulation Period and that is at the very end of the Tribulation Period, it also ends the "Time of the Gentiles." Christianity is of Satan and was created for people to end up in the Lake of Fire than to save them from it. There has been no salvation since the 4th century when Constantine killed off the last of Yahweh's Elect with the 11th Roman Emperor Persecution. That is what the 4th Seal is all about.Salvation is not available again until the Papacy's 7 Year Peace Plan that will end WW3 which is about to start at any time. It will be a limited nuclear war and it will kill around 2 1/2 billion people, 1/3 of the world's population.
I believe that rapture has no condition, we have been given mandate for today, and we are persecuted for the faith that will intensify soon, and in the midst of it, we will be raptured . Great Tribulation is there Jacobs trouble, the Lord visits jews again like any other time but this is end times.
But you seem to have missed the point that Jesus' coming back for believers is referred to as the "blessed hope" and we are to "comfort one another" by sharing the fact that Jesus is coming back. What hope or comfort is there in just living for today? For those of you who don't need this hope, you're truly blessed, but some of us really do and for us I see no harm in looking up.

So in other words you believe what Jesus suffered on the cross, shed His blood and was raised on the third day means nothing to you, His Blood is what purify's us, not going through the Tribulation and being beheaded.
The Holy Spirit purifies us. Saved by grace through faith, not by going through earthly hard times. Imagine telling someone they aren't saved because they haven't suffered enough, cept Jesus never taught that.

Yet this word just emphasizes this catching away (rapture) of the believers, and is what Paul was speaking of in Titus 2:13, the "Looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;" "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17.

I believe the pre-wrath rapture position is most consistent with scripture and logic. The logic being, why is the church promised to be saved from the tribulations when the church since it’s inception has gone through nothing but tribulations?

Today I wanna talk about a serious problem that has been causing divisions separations in the body of Christ for 100 of years , maybe even ever since the first coming of Christ ! Yes I’m talking about the disagreements in the the Christian community, concerning the time of rapture and coming of Christ . You see God is not upset about the disagreement, cause non of us can fully see the whole picture yet, and we are all still in the process of growing maturing transforming , we will know more as we grow more . But God is upset we allow our love for each other grow cold just because of this pity arguments , we stopped loving , forgiving , serving , comforting , instead accusing, finger pointing , name calling , until we hurt each other’s feeling so bad , as each of us think we know better ,anyone who disagrees from me are false are of the lier, the same mouth we use to praise God we also use to hurt God’s children , we carry this HOLY PRIDE within us , secretly think we are the better the more saved the more enlightened chosen one , not realising we are going The opposite of everything Jesus has taught us , to live everyday more and more like him before seeing him face in face . Ok, let me present my case with a story : see there are 4 sons who waits their father to return home eagerly, all of them love the father the same , they live under the same roof , eat the same food. Before the father left , he instructed all of them how to be a good boy while he’s away, that is to take care of his house , continue love him and continue serve each other in love , he made his expectations very clear ,promised them when he returns he will reward the Good obedient son a much greater much glorious house ! So all the children are living in the excitement of receiving their reward when their father returns , for the house they live in now has many problems , and is causing them troubles and difficulties, so they became impatient, they went out started to looking for signs and clues to guess the proper return time of their father . One looked believed his father shall return before dinner , second one looked believed his father shall return during dinner , third one looked believed his father returns after dinner , but the fourth one didn’t even have time to looking , as he was too busy to make sure his father’s house is cleaned , his brothers needs are well looking after while father is away , cause he remembered his father’s last instruction. But the other 3 brothers started argument between each other about the time of their father’s return , each calling others liars , even disowned each other as brothers ! The fourth son saw this was greatly grieved in his heart , so in love he said to his brothers :” brothers , why are you arguing about what time will our father return ? Have you forgotten about our father's will for all of us ? It doesn’t matter what time he comes home , cause we know he will definitely come home , only thing that matters is that we stays as good boys looking after the house he left with us , before we receive the promised better one ! But if we can’t even take care of this old house he trusted with us , how can our father trust us with the better one ?” The other 3 brothers heard this and each realised how silly they have been , so they said sorry to each other , and went back to their own duty , put their energy on living each day pleasing their father before his return . Though they still disagrees about many things , but it did not stop them serving each other in love , they learned to share the excitement of the assurance of their father’s return, working hard daily to make sure their house is kept spotless despise all the problems difficulties, because they faced the problem together , and comforted supported each other during all the ups and downs , they were able to stay in love with each other , and their love for each other has even made their love for their father even stronger , more unshakable . One day , as the brothers were working together in love and unity , they heard a very loud trumpet , and a celebration band too ! Their father has finally returned , and my friend , you know the end of story , I will let you write the rest , and I’m sure no one will disagree this time ! I don't believe in date setting; however, for many YEARS I couldn't make up my mind about the rapture one way or another, but this is what finally convinced me that few people EVER even mention or talk about. The greatest proof for the pre-trib rapture is that the apostle John experienced the rapture himself in chapter four of the book of Revelation. In the first three chapters of the book, the church and churches are mentioned TWENTY times. But then In chapter four, a door is opened in heaven, John hears the sound of a trumpet, and a voice "COME UP HITHER', then IMMEDIATELY (In a moment in the twinkling of an eye), John is caught up and in the spirit. The apostle John was brought up into our present time and experienced the future rapture himself! Not only that, from chapter 4 through 19, it describes the tribulation and the words CHURCH, churches or Christians are NEVER mentioned again. Where are they? In the first 3 chapters the church is mentioned over and over again. But in the next 15 chapters (4-19), you can't find the words CHURCH churches or Christians mentioned ONCE! Why not? Where did they all go? Then in chapters 20 - 22 it describes the millennium, the new heaven, the new earth and eternity. In Revelation 4:1 & 2, you have ALL of the elements of the rapture that is described in 1 Corinthians 15:49-52 & 1 Thess 4:15,16. - You have a voice. You have a trumpet. You have a calling up, and you have a change into a spiritual condition that occurs immediately - IN A MOMENT IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE! Not only that, 1 Thess. 4:18 reads: For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. wherefore COMFORT ONE ANOTHER WITH THESE WORDS. But if there is no pre-trib rapture, Christians will possibly experience two world wars, the battle of Armageddon, a chance that we may take the mark of the beast & dozens of other horrors - Therefore, comfort one another with THESE words? Moreover, In Revelation 6:15,16 it reads: that EVERY bondman & EVERY freeman (which would include everyone on earth), hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks “”FALL ON US AND HIDE US FROM THE FACE OF HIM THAT SITTETH ON THE THRONE, AND FROM THE WRATH OF THE LAMB”” Aren’t we Christians supposed to look for the coming of our Lord Jesus with hope? Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. (Titus 2:13) And then when we see his glorious appearance we’re going to hide from him and HOPE the mountains and rocks fall on us and crush us? What kind of hope is that? At the rapture Jesus arrives in the air (i Thess 4:16,17). At the end of the tribulation our LORD lands on the ground. (Joel 2; Isa, 2; Rev 5:10, 14, 19). The bible also says: He commeth WITH the ten thousands of His saints. (Jude 1:14). The raptured saints return with the LORD on white horses. Now there will be Tribulation saints; however, they will be Jews and gentiles whose salvation will be based on faith PLUS works, and how they treat God's people - the Jews. During the tribulation period, salvation will no longer be based on grace alone. For those that argue against the rapture quoting Mark 13, Luke 21 and Matthew 24, who was Jesus speaking to? He was talking to the Jews! There wasn’t one bible believing Christian in the bunch, NOT ONE! It is also not true that the Rapture was first taught by Darby, which many post-trib, post-millennium & A-millennium people claim, for in addition to both John and Paul writing about the Rapture, it was taught by many of the church fathers including Iraneus in 170 A.D. It was also taught by Ephraem the Syrian more than 1,500 years ago! He wrote: ‘For all the saints and the elect of God are gathered PRIOR to the tribulation that is to come and are taken to the LORD lest they see the confusion that is to overcome the world because of our sins.” That is a sixth century A.D. letter ascribed to Ephraem Syrus (A.D. 306 to 373) from a sermon on “The Last Times, the Antichrist, and the End of the world.”

But she was adamant that it was gonna happen. I feel that alot of believers might be doing things they believe are God has called them to do. But never asked him confirmation.
First and foremost a sincere study of the resurrections unfortunately puts pre-tribulation or pre-wrath teachings in the devils camp. The best starting point is Revelation 20:4-6. Many Pre tribbers believe they will rule and reign with Christ because they escaped the tribulation by pre-trib rapture whether or not they have died waiting for that day to come. Verse four starts with Christ already having returned to earth and in the throne room of his kingdom. Examining the list of qualifications or filters to rule and reign with Christ during criteria of the millennium reign those saints share common attributes. Among the first part of the description is those saints are all listed as people who were executed by decapitation for testimony for the witness of Jesus Christ they were not raptured they are not escapees’ they are martyrs. Verse five is elemental in it’s proclamations and briefness. No other people are raised from the dead as the verse says “the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years is finished.” Simply put that means people who were not martyrs remained in their graves at Christs return until Christ’s earthly reign is finished. Then a very important element of verse five is applied; “this is the first resurrection.” In verse six we are told “blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” Pre trib teaching has not only the saints that have endured the tribulation and surviving but there is also a raising of the dead in Christ, which is a resurrection which is the “first resurrection noted in 1 Thessalonians 4;16-17. If Revelation 20:4-6 is the first resurrection then only the martyred are raised from the dead. In 1 Corinthians 15:23 the resurrection order “those who are Christ’s” are martyrs as well. Rapturists miss a key element in their theory and that is “judgment.” Hebrews 9:27 says “And as it it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” everyone who is resurrected at Christ’s return has already been judged in their sacrifice. Where is that in scripture? In Revelation 14:13 “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, and their works do follow them.” The term “their works do follow them” means accompany as in a group of companions traveling together. In the final judgment witnessed at the end of the world in Revelation 20:11-15 we find a great white throne has appeared and “the face of him who sits on the throne chases the earth and heaven away” (v-11). In verse 12 is the actual resurrection mentioned in verse 5 of this same chapter and all of the earths former residents (who were not part of the first resurrection) are raised from their graves and the books are opened from which their works are judged (this is in contrast to those “whose works follow them”) and the book of life is opened as well. All were judged according to their works (v-14). This is the second death In verse 15 those whose names do not appear in the book of life are cast into the lake of fire. In John 3:1-6 Nicodemus is told by Jesus “if you are not born again you will not see the kingdom of God ... and you will not enter the kingdom of God” so those who were never born again are not going to enter the kingdom of God. People who are born again we are told by the Spirit of God in Revelation 3:5-6. Verse 5 of this passage the church in Sardis “He that overcomes, shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name from the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. (v-6) He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Christ cannot confess anyone not in the first resurrection until they have faced judgment. Before a person can be resurrected to be as priests to God and Christ they have to be holy and be confessed by Christ to his Father. That is why there is a “first resurrection” and a “second death judgment”. For further confirmation please refer to Revelation 6:9-11. it is a prophecy to those who have been martyred that the Lord will not be avenge their deaths on the people of the earth until the number of those of their brethren and fellow-servants who are to die (by persecution) is fulfilled. Those asking are under the altar (likely the altar of their sacrifice [persecution] where ever and when ever that was) and they are given white robes of righteousness (meaning they are holy meaning the power of the second death will have to authority over them and they are the “dead in Christ.” Bear in mind in the Old Testament what ever the sacrifice was when placed on the it became holy to the LORD Meaning YAHWEH. According to 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 Christians resurrected during the “second death” are measured/judged for their works in the kingdom of heaven while they served the Lord in this life. There are some who think they have labored for the Lord but as according to Matthew 7:21 the Lord will not recognize all who claim his name much like the wise versus foolish virgins of Matthew 25:1-3. AS far as wrath the plagues sent by the Lord during the tribulation to the unrepentant is still a form of pleading for those people to repent. They do not repent (Rev 9:20, Rev 16:9 and Rev 16:11) but it is a proving of the Lord of their nature. The full day of wrath Revelation 20:11-15 is the final judgment it is also the fulfillment of our salvation and our reward. Some are saying that pre trib was also believed by the Apostles and early Church but in Jesus ministry at the resurrection of Lazarus it was not so. Martha said she knew Lazarus would rise again in the resurrection at the last day. That last day is when the earth flees the face of him who sits on the throne and not place is found for it anymore for final the judgment.

His first problem is that he won't be able to find the word rapture in any of the 66 books of the bible. Second he will have to admit that in both the old and new testaments there are warnings about adding to or subtracting from God's word. DEUTERONOMY PROVERBS 1ST CORINTHIANS REVELATION. Third weather he admits it or not. Adding words to the scriptures only serve to confuse and complicate the texts. The word rapture was never found in the original languages. It was never in the received or majority texts.

Those are only 144000 people that are protected , almost nobody . I will say, it does give credence to the idea most where raptured and the 144000 are people who convert in the tribulation . Otherwise idk how out of millions or billions of Christians only 144000 are protected

God will rule Mankind ... who will be PROCREATING .. the Children of God. There is no time ... in Heaven or Hell. Time & the Laws of Nature ... began with the Original Sin. Could it be Paul by Devine revelation experienced the mystery of the rapture? 2 Cor 12: 2-4 and if so did he not teach of it clearly? 1 Thes 4:13-18 1COR 15:51-54 Hosea 4:6 speaks of his experience with understanding.

All were judged according to their works (v-14). This is the second death In verse 15 those whose names do not appear in the book of life are cast into the lake of fire. In John 3:1-6 Nicodemus is told by Jesus “if you are not born again you will not see the kingdom of God ... and you will not enter the kingdom of God” so those who were never born again are not going to enter the kingdom of God. People who are born again we are told by the Spirit of God in Revelation 3:5-6. Verse 5 of this passage the church in Sardis “He that overcomes, shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name from the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. (v-6) He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Christ cannot confess anyone not in the first resurrection until they have faced judgment. Before a person can be resurrected to be as priests to God and Christ they have to be holy and be confessed by Christ to his Father. That is why there is a “first resurrection” and a “second death judgment”. For further confirmation please refer to Revelation 6:9-11. it is a prophecy to those who have been martyred that the Lord will not be avenge their deaths on the people of the earth until the number of those of their brethren and fellow-servants who are to die (by persecution) is fulfilled. Those asking are under the altar (likely the altar of their sacrifice [persecution] where ever and when ever that was) and they are given white robes of righteousness (meaning they are holy meaning the power of the second death will have to authority over them and they are the “dead in Christ.” Bear in mind in the Old Testament what ever the sacrifice was when placed on the it became holy to the LORD Meaning YAHWEH. According to 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 Christians resurrected during the “second death” are measured/judged for their works in the kingdom of heaven while they served the Lord in this life. There are some who think they have labored for the Lord but as according to Matthew 7:21 the Lord will not recognize all who claim his name much like the wise versus foolish virgins of Matthew 25:1-3. AS far as wrath the plagues sent by the Lord during the tribulation to the unrepentant is still a form of pleading for those people to repent. They do not repent (Rev 9:20, Rev 16:9 and Rev 16:11) but it is a proving of the Lord of their nature. The full day of wrath Revelation 20:11-15 is the final judgment it is also the fulfillment of our salvation and our reward. Some are saying that pre trib was also believed by the Apostles and early Church but in Jesus ministry at the resurrection of Lazarus it was not so. Martha said she knew Lazarus would rise again in the resurrection at the last day. That last day is when the earth flees the face of him who sits on the throne and not place is found for it anymore for final the judgment.

The Bible says the time of the tribulation would be shortened for the elects sake. If the elect are already with Jesus there would be no need to do that. The "elect" are the Wheat. The wheat refused the Mark. They go into the Millennium Age with their vile bodies to populate the Earth with children and grandchildren. What if you're wrong?.... I believe that the rapture will happen before the tribulation period. I don't know when the rapture will happen. Only God knows. Dates have been issued- yes. It doesn't give the New testament dark clouds but rather it gives people who privately attempt to interpret. A marriage is when two people become ONE FLESH. Philippians 3:20-21, 2 Thessalonians 3:5, says we are to wait PATIENTLY for our vile bodies to be fashioned like Jesus's glorious risen body. This change takes place before the Tribulation starts. The marriage feast takes place at the beginning of the Millennium Age, when the wheat are gathered to Jerusalem to see Jesus set on the Throne of David in Jerusalem where He will rule as KING of Kings and LORD of Lords. I can show you everything. What most people don't understand is that the pre-trib protection event is the woman of Rev 12:14. It's not "the rapture" but just like Noah and Lot is on the earth and still in the flesh (see Isa 35:1-7). So now look at the parable of the wedding supper in Matt 22. Do you see where it says "both bad and good" are there initially? Well, it's not because God can't ONLY "rapture" Christians but is because it's on earth in the wilderness and the angels are eventually told to reap EVERYONE who survived not taking the mark. The term "rapture" is extremely deceptive, created for the purpose of deception, never offered in Scripture. The event presented in Scripture which is fundamentally the foundation of the faith is declared as such in Hebrews 6:1,2. It is called "the resurrection of the dead". Paul calls the event "the resurrection of the dead"... 1 Cor 15:42-55 and doesn't want us ignorant to what happens to the dead at this event in 1 Thess 4:13-18. The resurrection of the dead is not some new mysterious event that Christ didn't know about... such as the fabled 'rapture". He dialogued about it in John 11 concerning Lazarus which happens on 'the last day". Job told us about it in Job 14:12... it happens when the heavens are destroyed.... which occurs when the heavens are destroyed with a great noise... 2 Peter 3:10, Matt 24:35,36, Mark 13:31,32. Those martyred for not taking the mark are resurrected at the First resurrection... Rev 20:4-6. After the deception of the fabled rapture is introduced, all sorts of lies come with it afterward.... such as a 7 year trip to heaven. Paul directly states that the dead get their physical bodies returned to them and that these physical bodies do not go to heaven... 1 Cor 15:42-55. Thank you for your Biblical instructions and clarification. I was raised in a pentacostal church that taught the pre-trib rapture theory. At approximately the age 40 I had an epiphany- what I would consider a miracle and a direct answer to a heart felt prayer. For some reason I had been struggling with the rapture question. I can't tell you why, but the Lord had laid it on my heart. One morning getting ready for work, shaving before the mirror, I broke into the most heart wrenching prayer I think I have ever prayed. Through my tears I asked the Lord to please show me the truth. I prayed.. how can we think that we, living today deserve to be taken out of terrible persecution when millions of christians down through the ages have suffered horribly and were put to death for their belief in Jesus. What makes us think we're so special in our faith that we deserve to be " rocket shipped out of persecution and suffering ".
I fervently prayed and ask the Lord for guidance. I don't know why I felt so adamant about knowing except I was beginning to think we christians were relying too much on the pre trib teaching so we would not have to worry... because we would be raptured out.
What happened next was a most obvious and welcomed answer to prayer I have ever experienced. That very day at work a christian co-worker approached me with a letter and enclosed pamphlet he had received in the mail. He said he didn't request it, but it had come in the mail the day before. He told me he hadn't opened it, but the Lord laid on his heart to give it to me. I had no idea what it was but proceeded to open it. Inside was a pamphlet from Rev. Marvin Rosenthal...a messianic christian. In it he was saying how he had come to disbelieve the pre trib rapture teaching and that he had written a book titled " The Pre-Wrath Rapture ". By the way the book is still available and a great help regarding Biblical teaching on the rapture. Another great book is " The Sign " by Van Kampen. I almost could not believe this direct answer to prayer. I proceeded to call Rev Rosenthals organization called Zions Fire. Expecting to have a receptionist or someone else answer the phone I found myself talking directly to Rev. Rosenthal. When I told him my story he prayed with me and proceeded to send me 10 books free to give to my christian friends. What Rosenthal wrote - and it all follows scripture - truly changed my understanding of our being taken up to the Lord. One of the things that stood out is the belief that the tribulation is the wrath of God. Pre trib believers often say we are not appointed to Gods wrath in the tribulation therefore we are taken up before the tribulation. If you study your Bible carefully and look for the references to " "The day of the Lord " you'll find the tribulation is satans wrath poured out on mankind. The tribulation and the great tribulation are not the wrath of God. The wrath of God is toward the end of the tribulation. The wrath of God is the terrible "Day Of The Lord". It's when God pours out his wrath on an unholy world after the believers are raptured. That's why we are not appointed to wrath....Gods wrath on an unholy world. But we will go through the satanic tribulation. A time of testing. Thats what Jesus referenced when he said if the tribulation was not cut short no mankind would be left. But it is cut short by Christ's return and our rapture then to meet him in the air. Then God's wrath is poured out on the evil unbelievers on earth. That is the wrath that we are not subjected to, not satans wrath on believers in the great tribulation. The pre trib rapture teaching will cause some christians to lose faith when they find that they are in times of severe tribulational persecutions and Christ has not raptured them yet. It says in 2nd Peter chapter 3 that in the last days christians will be scoffed at. Unbelievers will asked the christians..." where is Jesus and his return". Those that have held onto a pre trib rapture belief may lose faith and turn away. Those that know the truth of his coming and the rapture will hold strong.
One last point although there are many. In Matthew chapter 24 Jesus says that after the distress of those days. He was speaking of the tribulation...and he goes on to say that AFTER the signs in the heavens then will come the Son of Man and he will gather his own from one end of the earth to the other. See, clearly he says only AFTER the distress of the tribulation, AFTER the signs in the heavens, only then will he return and gather his own in the rapture. And there is only one rapture. If there was a rapture before the tribulation Jesus would have told us. How do I know that....well because in chapter 24 of Matthew verse 25 Jesus said " see I have told you ahead of time ". In other words he was telling his disciples...sort of.... "filling them in on things that were to happen in the end times". Because they were asking him what was going to happen in the end times. If there was going to be a rapture before the tribulation Jesus would have told them without stating a day or hour. And we know Jesus never told an untruth, so when he says I have told you before hand...we must believe it. And once again, he didn't say he would gather us to Him before the tribulation. Remember he told his disciples " I have told you everything ahead of time.....Because they were asking. You can ask too.
Why does all this matter. Because we are going to need to be strong and not rely on the false teaching ( pre trib rapture teaching didn't even enter into christian teaching until the early 1800's). Before believers adhere to a pre trib rapture theory. Read what Paul taught in the early church. Read 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2. Read it carefully with prayer and ask God to make it clear to you what Paul is saying. It can't be much clearer. Paul is stating that Christ will appear/return ONLY AFTER the man of lawlessness (the antichrist) comes on the scene. And Paul makes it clear that our gathering to Christ (the rapture) will only happen then. So Paul is stating that Christs' return and our gathering to Him will happen ONLY AFTER the antichrist arrives. There are not two raptures. Therefore once again, to emphasize according to Paul, Christ will return and rapture us only AFTER the antichrist appears. If anyone would know the truth on this matter it would surely be Paul. I know many of you will disagree strongly with what I'm saying here. This is because youv'e been taught all your life that you're going to be taken out before the horrible times happen so why worry. Well, maybe you should ernestly pray for the truth. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...ASK GOD. Pray for an answer. It really does matter because Jesus says in Revelation that it's a time of testing. A time of testing for believers. When the tribulatory persecutions start It will be a time of testing for us. We must be strong...do not rely on a false teaching. But before you cast judgement on what I'm saying here..... I truly believe you are a child of God and that Jesus has saved you. God wants you to be strong when the time comes. If we are alive at that time we will need each other. Please don't cast judgement on me as I have not on you. You are a brother or sister in Christ. If you really want an answer Jesus will direct you. Please don't ONLY listen to the man behind the pulpit or the many Christian TV shows that are constantly

Good insight. It may interest you to know that the word rapture is found in what we know today as the latin bible or also known as the vulgate. It was written in the 3rd century by St . Jerome. The vulgate was used by the Roman catholic church. For the priests and the educated at that time. It's use was to keep the commen people in ignorance and fear. I have heard that the word rapture was never taught or heard of before 1830. BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE.There is a book entitled THE INCREDIBLE COVERUP. The rapture is a real event that happens at the end of Christ's kingdom in 1,000+ years.
And the pre-trib protection event that's on earth and still in the flesh is the woman of Rev 12:14. Look at Isa 35:1-7 where some people are confused and others know what's going on. Also look at Micah 7:14 that says Jesus will shepherd His flock "who are in a woodland....in the midst of Carmel". The timing of that is after Christ's return and vengeance while God's wrath plays out on the rest of the world.
Also notice continuing in Isa 35, verses 8-10 is after Armageddon when they walk to Zion to set up the thrones of Rev 20:4 and Matt 25:31 to judge the nations.

Hi Kevin, Paul the Apostle says that all of creation itself is groaning and painfully yearning for the day when we will be transformed into our immortal, sinless, glorified bodies. When this age will come to an end. As a brother who lives with the pains of this age, I resonate with your comments. That said, the Bible simply does not teach a pretribulational rapture. I wish it did. As one who understands and knows suffering, I believe we are called to encourage and prepare the larger church to also endure patiently through suffering. This is the consistent exhortation of the Scriptures. Endurance and perseverance in suffering, not an easy escape from trials. Blessings and strength to you.

The blessed hope is the resurrection and eventual deliverance from all trials. It is so essential to note that the very passage that speaks of the Blessed Hope is his Parousia , HIs appearing in shining glory, not a secret catching away that cannot be found anywhere in Scripture.

But you seem to have missed the point that Jesus' coming back for believers is referred to as the "blessed hope" and we are to "comfort one another" by sharing the fact that Jesus is coming back. I believe the pre-wrath rapture position is most consistent with scripture and logic. The logic being, why is the church promised to be saved from the tribulations when the church since it’s inception has gone through nothing but tribulations?

Today I wanna talk about a serious problem that has been causing divisions separations in the body of Christ for 100 of years , maybe even ever since the first coming of Christ ! Yes I’m talking about the disagreements in the the Christian community, concerning the time of rapture and coming of Christ . You see God is not upset about the disagreement, cause non of us can fully see the whole picture yet, and we are all still in the process of growing maturing transforming , we will know more as we grow more . But God is upset we allow our love for each other grow cold just because of this pity arguments , we stopped loving , forgiving , serving , comforting , instead accusing, finger pointing , name calling , until we hurt each other’s feeling so bad , as each of us think we know better ,anyone who disagrees from me are false are of the lier, the same mouth we use to praise God we also use to hurt God’s children , we carry this HOLY PRIDE within us , secretly think we are the better the more saved the more enlightened chosen one , not realising we are going The opposite of everything Jesus has taught us , to live everyday more and more like him before seeing him face in face . Ok, let me present my case with a story : see there are 4 sons who waits their father to return home eagerly, all of them love the father the same , they live under the same roof , eat the same food. Before the father left , he instructed all of them how to be a good boy while he’s away, that is to take care of his house , continue love him and continue serve each other in love , he made his expectations very clear ,promised them when he returns he will reward the Good obedient son a much greater much glorious house ! So all the children are living in the excitement of receiving their reward when their father returns , for the house they live in now has many problems , and is causing them troubles and difficulties, so they became impatient, they went out started to looking for signs and clues to guess the proper return time of their father . One looked believed his father shall return before dinner , second one looked believed his father shall return during dinner , third one looked believed his father returns after dinner , but the fourth one didn’t even have time to looking , as he was too busy to make sure his father’s house is cleaned , his brothers needs are well looking after while father is away , cause he remembered his father’s last instruction. But the other 3 brothers started argument between each other about the time of their father’s return , each calling others liars , even disowned each other as brothers ! The fourth son saw this was greatly grieved in his heart , so in love he said to his brothers :” brothers , why are you arguing about what time will our father return ? Have you forgotten about our father's will for all of us ? It doesn’t matter what time he comes home , cause we know he will definitely come home , only thing that matters is that we stays as good boys looking after the house he left with us , before we receive the promised better one ! But if we can’t even take care of this old house he trusted with us , how can our father trust us with the better one ?” The other 3 brothers heard this and each realised how silly they have been , so they said sorry to each other , and went back to their own duty , put their energy on living each day pleasing their father before his return . Though they still disagrees about many things , but it did not stop them serving each other in love , they learned to share the excitement of the assurance of their father’s return, working hard daily to make sure their house is kept spotless despise all the problems difficulties, because they faced the problem together , and comforted supported each other during all the ups and downs , they were able to stay in love with each other , and their love for each other has even made their love for their father even stronger , more unshakable . One day , as the brothers were working together in love and unity , they heard a very loud trumpet , and a celebration band too ! Their father has finally returned , and my friend , you know the end of story , I will let you write the rest , and I’m sure no one will disagree this time ! Finally I wanna finish my case with the lyrics of one of my favourite song “ send me” :

I don't believe in date setting; however, for many YEARS I couldn't make up my mind about the rapture one way or another, but this is what finally convinced me that few people EVER even mention or talk about. The greatest proof for the pre-trib rapture is that the apostle John experienced the rapture himself in chapter four of the book of Revelation. In the first three chapters of the book, the church and churches are mentioned TWENTY times. But then In chapter four, a door is opened in heaven, John hears the sound of a trumpet, and a voice "COME UP HITHER', then IMMEDIATELY (In a moment in the twinkling of an eye), John is caught up and in the spirit. The apostle John was brought up into our present time and experienced the future rapture himself! Not only that, from chapter 4 through 19, it describes the tribulation and the words CHURCH, churches or Christians are NEVER mentioned again. Where are they? In the first 3 chapters the church is mentioned over and over again. But in the next 15 chapters (4-19), you can't find the words CHURCH churches or Christians mentioned ONCE! Why not? Where did they all go? Then in chapters 20 - 22 it describes the millennium, the new heaven, the new earth and eternity.
In Revelation 4:1 & 2, you have ALL of the elements of the rapture that is described in 1 Corinthians 15:49-52 & 1 Thess 4:15,16. - You have a voice. You have a trumpet. You have a calling up, and you have a change into a spiritual condition that occurs immediately - IN A MOMENT IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE! Not only that, 1 Thess. 4:18 reads: For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. wherefore COMFORT ONE ANOTHER WITH THESE WORDS.
But if there is no pre-trib rapture, Christians will possibly experience two world wars, the battle of Armageddon, a chance that we may take the mark of the beast & dozens of other horrors - Therefore, comfort one another with THESE words? Moreover, In Revelation 6:15,16 it reads: that EVERY bondman & EVERY freeman (which would include everyone on earth), hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks “”FALL ON US AND HIDE US FROM THE FACE OF HIM THAT SITTETH ON THE THRONE, AND FROM THE WRATH OF THE LAMB”” Aren’t we Christians supposed to look for the coming of our Lord Jesus with hope? Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. (Titus 2:13)
And then when we see his glorious appearance we’re going to hide from him and HOPE the mountains and rocks fall on us and crush us? What kind of hope is that?
At the rapture Jesus arrives in the air (i Thess 4:16,17). At the end of the tribulation our LORD lands on the ground. (Joel 2; Isa, 2; Rev 5:10, 14, 19). The bible also says: He commeth WITH the ten thousands of His saints. (Jude 1:14). The raptured saints return with the LORD on white horses. Now there will be Tribulation saints; however, they will be Jews and gentiles whose salvation will be based on faith PLUS works, and how they treat God's people - the Jews. During the tribulation period, salvation will no longer be based on grace alone.
For those that argue against the rapture quoting Mark 13, Luke 21 and Matthew 24, who was Jesus speaking to? He was talking to the Jews! There wasn’t one bible believing Christian in the bunch, NOT ONE!
It is also not true that the Rapture was first taught by Darby, which many post-trib, post-millennium & A-millennium people claim, for in addition to both John and Paul writing about the Rapture, it was taught by many of the church fathers including Iraneus in 170 A.D. It was also taught by Ephraem the Syrian more than 1,500 years ago! He wrote: ‘For all the saints and the elect of God are gathered PRIOR to the tribulation that is to come and are taken to the LORD lest they see the confusion that is to overcome the world because of our sins.” That is a sixth century A.D. letter ascribed to Ephraem Syrus (A.D. 306 to 373) from a sermon on “The Last Times, the Antichrist, and the End of the world.”

I definitely agree with the title
First and foremost a sincere study of the resurrections unfortunately puts pre-tribulation or pre-wrath teachings in the devils camp. The best starting point is Revelation 20:4-6. Many Pre tribbers believe they will rule and reign with Christ because they escaped the tribulation by pre-trib rapture whether or not they have died waiting for that day to come. Verse four starts with Christ already having returned to earth and in the throne room of his kingdom. Examining the list of qualifications or filters to rule and reign with Christ during criteria of the millennium reign those saints share common attributes. Among the first part of the description is those saints are all listed as people who were executed by decapitation for testimony for the witness of Jesus Christ they were not raptured they are not escapees’ they are martyrs. Verse five is elemental in it’s proclamations and briefness. No other people are raised from the dead as the verse says “the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years is finished.” Simply put that means people who were not martyrs remained in their graves at Christs return until Christ’s earthly reign is finished. Then a very important element of verse five is applied; “this is the first resurrection.”
In verse six we are told “blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” Pre trib teaching has not only the saints that have endured the tribulation and surviving but there is also a raising of the dead in Christ, which is a resurrection which is the “first resurrection noted in 1 Thessalonians 4;16-17. If Revelation 20:4-6 is the first resurrection then only the martyred are raised from the dead. In 1 Corinthians 15:23 the resurrection order “those who are Christ’s” are martyrs as well. Rapturists miss a key element in their theory and that is “judgment.” Hebrews 9:27 says “And as it it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” everyone who is resurrected at Christ’s return has already been judged in their sacrifice. Where is that in scripture?
In Revelation 14:13 “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, and their works do follow them.” The term “their works do follow them” means accompany as in a group of companions traveling together. In the final judgment witnessed at the end of the world in Revelation 20:11-15 we find a great white throne has appeared and “the face of him who sits on the throne chases the earth and heaven away” (v-11). In verse 12 is the actual resurrection mentioned in verse 5 of this same chapter and all of the earths former residents (who were not part of the first resurrection) are raised from their graves and the books are opened from which their works are judged (this is in contrast to those “whose works follow them”) and the book of life is opened as well. All were judged according to their works (v-14). This is the second death In verse 15 those whose names do not appear in the book of life are cast into the lake of fire. In John 3:1-6 Nicodemus is told by Jesus “if you are not born again you will not see the kingdom of God ... and you will not enter the kingdom of God” so those who were never born again are not going to enter the kingdom of God. People who are born again we are told by the Spirit of God in Revelation 3:5-6. Verse 5 of this passage the church in Sardis “He that overcomes, shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name from the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. (v-6) He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Christ cannot confess anyone not in the first resurrection until they have faced judgment. Before a person can be resurrected to be as priests to God and Christ they have to be holy and be confessed by Christ to his Father. That is why there is a “first resurrection” and a “second death judgment”. For further confirmation please refer to Revelation 6:9-11. it is a prophecy to those who have been martyred that the Lord will not be avenge their deaths on the people of the earth until the number of those of their brethren and fellow-servants who are to die (by persecution) is fulfilled. Those asking are under the altar (likely the altar of their sacrifice [persecution] where ever and when ever that was) and they are given white robes of righteousness (meaning they are holy meaning the power of the second death will have to authority over them and they are the “dead in Christ.” Bear in mind in the Old Testament what ever the sacrifice was when placed on the it became holy to the LORD Meaning YAHWEH.
According to 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 Christians resurrected during the “second death” are measured/judged for their works in the kingdom of heaven while they served the Lord in this life. There are some who think they have labored for the Lord but as according to Matthew 7:21 the Lord will not recognize all who claim his name much like the wise versus foolish virgins of Matthew 25:1-3.
AS far as wrath the plagues sent by the Lord during the tribulation to the unrepentant is still a form of pleading for those people to repent. They do not repent (Rev 9:20, Rev 16:9 and Rev 16:11) but it is a proving of the Lord of their nature. The full day of wrath Revelation 20:11-15 is the final judgment it is also the fulfillment of our salvation and our reward. Some are saying that pre trib was also believed by the Apostles and early Church but in Jesus ministry at the resurrection of Lazarus it was not so. Martha said she knew Lazarus would rise again in the resurrection at the last day. That last day is when the earth flees the face of him who sits on the throne and not place is found for it anymore for final the judgment.

His first problem is that he won't be able to find the word rapture in any of the 66 books of the bible. Second he will have to admit that in both the old and new testaments there are warnings about adding to or subtracting from God's word. DEUTERONOMY PROVERBS 1ST CORINTHIANS REVELATION. Third weather he admits it or not. Adding words to the scriptures only serve to confuse and complicate the texts. The word rapture was never found in the original languages. It was never in the received or majority texts.

Could it be Paul by Devine revelation experienced the mystery of the rapture? 2 Cor 12: 2-4 and if so did he not teach of it clearly? 1 Thes 4:13-18 1COR 15:51-54

Yes Paul taught it clearly. First are the NT Saints resurrected in the First Resurrection 1000 years before the last resurrection (Rev 20:4-6). 1. Cor 15: 23+24; 51+52 at His parousia= advent, arrival; return; 2.coming; at the last day, the last trump (Rev 10:7+11:15-18); when the Heavens are no more (Job 14:12).
First and foremost a sincere study of the resurrections unfortunately puts pre-tribulation or pre-wrath teachings in the devils camp. The best starting point is Revelation 20:4-6. Many Pre tribbers believe they will rule and reign with Christ because they escaped the tribulation by pre-trib rapture whether or not they have died waiting for that day to come. Verse four starts with Christ already having returned to earth and in the throne room of his kingdom. Examining the list of qualifications or filters to rule and reign with Christ during criteria of the millennium reign those saints share common attributes. Among the first part of the description is those saints are all listed as people who were executed by decapitation for testimony for the witness of Jesus Christ they were not raptured they are not escapees’ they are martyrs. Verse five is elemental in it’s proclamations and briefness. No other people are raised from the dead as the verse says “the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years is finished.” Simply put that means people who were not martyrs remained in their graves at Christs return until Christ’s earthly reign is finished. Then a very important element of verse five is applied; “this is the first resurrection.”
In verse six we are told “blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” Pre trib teaching has not only the saints that have endured the tribulation and surviving but there is also a raising of the dead in Christ, which is a resurrection which is the “first resurrection noted in 1 Thessalonians 4;16-17. If Revelation 20:4-6 is the first resurrection then only the martyred are raised from the dead. In 1 Corinthians 15:23 the resurrection order “those who are Christ’s” are martyrs as well. Rapturists miss a key element in their theory and that is “judgment.” Hebrews 9:27 says “And as it it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” everyone who is resurrected at Christ’s return has already been judged in their sacrifice. Where is that in scripture?
In Revelation 14:13 “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, and their works do follow them.” The term “their works do follow them” means accompany as in a group of companions traveling together. In the final judgment witnessed at the end of the world in Revelation 20:11-15 we find a great white throne has appeared and “the face of him who sits on the throne chases the earth and heaven away” (v-11). In verse 12 is the actual resurrection mentioned in verse 5 of this same chapter and all of the earths former residents (who were not part of the first resurrection) are raised from their graves and the books are opened from which their works are judged (this is in contrast to those “whose works follow them”) and the book of life is opened as well. All were judged according to their works (v-14). This is the second death In verse 15 those whose names do not appear in the book of life are cast into the lake of fire. In John 3:1-6 Nicodemus is told by Jesus “if you are not born again you will not see the kingdom of God ... and you will not enter the kingdom of God” so those who were never born again are not going to enter the kingdom of God. People who are born again we are told by the Spirit of God in Revelation 3:5-6. Verse 5 of this passage the church in Sardis “He that overcomes, shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name from the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels. (v-6) He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Christ cannot confess anyone not in the first resurrection until they have faced judgment. Before a person can be resurrected to be as priests to God and Christ they have to be holy and be confessed by Christ to his Father. That is why there is a “first resurrection” and a “second death judgment”. For further confirmation please refer to Revelation 6:9-11. it is a prophecy to those who have been martyred that the Lord will not be avenge their deaths on the people of the earth until the number of those of their brethren and fellow-servants who are to die (by persecution) is fulfilled. Those asking are under the altar (likely the altar of their sacrifice [persecution] where ever and when ever that was) and they are given white robes of righteousness (meaning they are holy meaning the power of the second death will have to authority over them and they are the “dead in Christ.” Bear in mind in the Old Testament what ever the sacrifice was when placed on the it became holy to the LORD Meaning YAHWEH.
According to 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 Christians resurrected during the “second death” are measured/judged for their works in the kingdom of heaven while they served the Lord in this life. There are some who think they have labored for the Lord but as according to Matthew 7:21 the Lord will not recognize all who claim his name much like the wise versus foolish virgins of Matthew 25:1-3.
AS far as wrath the plagues sent by the Lord during the tribulation to the unrepentant is still a form of pleading for those people to repent. They do not repent (Rev 9:20, Rev 16:9 and Rev 16:11) but it is a proving of the Lord of their nature. The full day of wrath Revelation 20:11-15 is the final judgment it is also the fulfillment of our salvation and our reward. Some are saying that pre trib was also believed by the Apostles and early Church but in Jesus ministry at the resurrection of Lazarus it was not so. Martha said she knew Lazarus would rise again in the resurrection at the last day. That last day is when the earth flees the face of him who sits on the throne and not place is found for it anymore for final the judgment.

50:43 Regarding ‘for the sake of the elect’ - this is easy to understand if we compare it to the conversation in Genesis between Abraham and the Lord concerning the pending destruction of Sodom and Gomorra where He states ‘if there be ten righteous ones’ He will spare the city for their sake. Or maybe do a complete study of the book of revelations? I grew up in a church, father was a preacher and missionary. We were Church of God teachings. A marriage is when two people become ONE FLESH. Philippians 3:20-21, 2 Thessalonians 3:5, says we are to wait PATIENTLY for our vile bodies to be fashioned like Jesus's glorious risen body. This change takes place before the Tribulation starts. The marriage feast takes place at the beginning of the Millennium Age, when the wheat are gathered to Jerusalem to see Jesus set on the Throne of David in Jerusalem where He will rule as KING of Kings and LORD of Lords. That's when the feast happens.

Because at in the 2nd coming of Jesus, is when those that have died will be caught up in the air first, and those of us remaining will quickly change as well. But that does not happen until the 2nd coming. And the 2 second coming is after the tribulation, but right before the great and terrible DAY of the Lord. Which means AT THE LAST TRUMPET.
The Thessalonians were worried and didn't fully understand Paul's message. To the point that Paul had to write a first letter, and then a second letter as they people were first concerned that Jesus had not come back yet and people were dyiing without seeing the Lord. I can show you everything. What most people don't understand is that the pre-trib protection event is the woman of Rev 12:14. It's not "the rapture" but just like Noah and Lot is on the earth and still in the flesh (see Isa 35:1-7). So now look at the parable of the wedding supper in Matt 22. Do you see where it says "both bad and good" are there initially? Well, it's not because God can't ONLY "rapture" Christians but is because it's on earth in the wilderness and the angels are eventually told to reap EVERYONE who survived not taking the mark. (But some won't have on the "proper garments"). Also look at Psalm 23:5 where it says, "Thou preparest a table for me in the presence of mine ENEMIES..." Are your enemies in heaven? After Jesus returns with VENGEANCE, He goes to the wilderness to "shepherd the people of His heritage" (Micah 7:14) while God's wrath plays out on the rest of the world....UNTIL the 6th Bowl when they "make war with the Lamb and those who are with Him" (Rev 17:14) AT ARMAGEDDON.

It is my understanding that the 7 years of tribulation have been set apart and those years are directly Gods wrath. We the church are not meant for Gods wrath.

The term "rapture" is extremely deceptive, created for the purpose of deception, never offered in Scripture. The event presented in Scripture which is fundamentally the foundation of the faith is declared as such in Hebrews 6:1,2. It is called "the resurrection of the dead". Paul calls the event "the resurrection of the dead"... 1 Cor 15:42-55 and doesn't want us ignorant to what happens to the dead at this event in 1 Thess 4:13-18. Those martyred for not taking the mark are resurrected at the First resurrection... Rev 20:4-6. After the deception of the fabled rapture is introduced, all sorts of lies come with it afterward.... such as a 7 year trip to heaven. Paul directly states that the dead get their physical bodies returned to them and that these physical bodies do not go to heaven... 1 Cor 15:42-55. The Elders and Bride follow Jesus from Heaven to the Earth on white horses, Revelation 19:14-15. The Elders and Bride are the ones sitting on thrones in Revelation 20:4. The beheaded saints only reign as Priests, Revelation 20:6, not Kings!
