Hello sir...i have a doubt if you could pls help ....i wanted to ask if in fetal hb you have only one functional alpha allele again there will be formation of gamma tetramers just like HbH ( where you have beta tetramer)...what will we call this condition?? My question is actually arising from if Bart's and thalassemia major is same or is there slight variation which is one having only one functional alpha allele out of 4 and other having no functional alpha allele at all in the fetal blood
