Aislinn Sutherland Didn’t have shocking results coz I didn’t control my meals . But it is still worth following her workout plans coz my stamina gets better and now my weight is in stable range . I stop workout as for now coz I become lazy . U can do this and there are tons of body transformation results ( u can check via hashtags on Instagram ) . Fighting ^^

Okay... 2nd week I did it once and now doing again the 3rd week. I regret it a little but I didn’t loose too much progress which is surprising but good :) means I had a lot of progress the first week. Third week going good. Still don’t fully get the ... updoctor? Booty exercise. Liking it all so far!
Never stop working out. Instead of jumping you can do it in an easier way. I can't do the side squats cause I can't find the right position that quick so it just hurts my knees and doesn't make my muscles stronger. So I'm just doing normal squats. But never stop working out 💪🏼☺️

I would just like to thank you. I have had two kids and I am an avid runner doing 20km in two hours but your workouts have toned me so much. I was always fit but that last bit of weight was tough
actually i do your work out every single day. first time i tried it was actually hard for me to bear my body. Cause i feels like i get to lack of body moves. Day by day it gets better and change my body as well. just believe you can do it whatever it is. I absolutely love this routine! I am planning to make it a regular part of my workout; however, I need a quarantine-friendly-I-live-on-the-fourth-floor version. I workout in the early morning, and I cannot say my neighbors are the early-bird type.

1 week so far and I’m feeling changes in the boot mainly. Muscles waking up. Also the breaks are aprox the same amount but shorter for sure.

actually i do your work out every single day. first time i tried it was actually hard for me to bear my body. Cause i feels like i get to lack of body moves. Day by day it gets better and change my body as well. just believe you can do it whatever it is. I absolutely love this routine! I am planning to make it a regular part of my workout; however, I need a quarantine-friendly-I-live-on-the-fourth-floor version. I workout in the early morning, and I cannot say my neighbors are the early-bird type.

idk if you’re gonna see this pam but would you consider making more 40-50 min live workouts like this? I enjoy it more because of your explanations mid workout to remind me and it keeps the momentum going rather than the four 10 minute videos. regardless, I enjoy your workouts and I appreciate you for your videos ❤
