Next year marks 10 years in the real estate business, which is crazy how fast time has gone, but it’s got me reminiscing a bit on how we’ve gotten to where we are today. So in today’s video I thought it would be fun to go over what I would do if I were to restart my ENTIRE business in 2024.

After being a full time agent for 5 years I left real estate and took on a full time position because I was burnt out. I hate it! It’s a great position with decent pay, but I miss running my own business. This time around the first thing I’m going to do is hire a coach. I need help creating structure!

If tou were starting in a new market next week, you would be in planting season again. Your business would be very tough. We have been in the same area for 5 years, and things are slow. However we noticed that agents that are still a little busy, grew up in the area. Implants will fail with current market conditions

You don’t need coaching and you don’t need somebody on UA-cam telling you what to do. What you need is to read a book a week about business, marketing, sales, etc.
Oh August. Is that not the same thing, packaged differently? Haha. We don't critique other's learning styles around here.
