I have been binge watching your channel! Fabulous content! When you reach out to local businesses to network, what are you saying to them? Is it specifically "I'm a Realtor, let me know how I can help" or are you just reaching out like "great page?"

This video is super helpful! Thank you Stef! A quick question... When do you schedule in time to load new properties into the system, and do online searches for properties for your current clients? These take so much time, and the first one requires so much concentration and attention to detail. It´s very hard to concentrate on these whilst you have constant calls and admin and fires to put out, which inevitably happens on a daily basis once your day starts, and after you have managed to do what you call your main mktg and prospecting tasks. In the evening I am just too exhausted... Cheers!!
