Kabab-e Lāpolo, layer by layer, is flavor and pleasure
Kabab-e Lā Polo is one of the traditional and popular Iranian dishes that always attracts many fans with its own special appearance and taste. This dish, with an elegant appearance and extraordinary flavor, can be an excellent choice for all kinds of events and parties, transforming your table into an enjoyable and unique experience.
To prepare this beloved recipe, you can use two different methods. One of them is to layer seasoned minced meat with onion and spices between the rice and cook it. The other method is to layer ready-made grilled kabab between the rice in a pan and cook together. In both cases, gentle heat and the layer-by-layer cooking method ensure that the rice becomes delicious and fragrant. Either way, you will have a pleasurable experience with Kabab-e Lāpolo.
To enjoy this dish, it is usually served with roasted or grilled tomatoes and fresh vegetables. This combination offers you various flavors and ensures a pleasant experience for you and your guests.
Ingredients:
3 cups of rice
600 grams of minced meat
2 onions
1 pepper
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 egg yolk
Salt, black pepper and paprika powder
Turmeric or brewed saffron
