- Hey guys! Here is a Restoration Hardware inspired dupe! Come thrift with me and watch my thrift flip of a $4 lamp into a gorgeous aged urn-style lamp! I hope you guys enjoy this video! Lamp Harps: (I purchased a shorter lamp harp so the lamp shade wouldn't sit so high but you do need to order an abnormally small bulb for this harp so beware of that!)

I was stunned by your extremely clever idea of using air dry clay to create handles on the lamp! I would never have thought of that. Just Brilliant! And the project turned out great, to boot! Thank you so much for sharing this project with us. You inspire me to try this myself. BTW, I love your gorgeous black lab (?) doggie! So sweet!!
To clean a deep vase or something of that sort, just put in a little dawn, some baking soda and vinegar and it will bubble and clean itself. Then of course, rinse.
And use a bby bottle cleaning brush.

I love that Cookie book! I need to do some thrifting and do some of my own dupes because I often hate paying the price of it already done for me when I know I can do it cheaper and better. You can also have glass made to fit a lot of different tables and in different colors to upgrade themtoo!
You did a great job I really like how you use a joint compound I've never seen anybody use that I'm going to try that on a big water pitcher that I have keep up the good work

The goodwill in my area is overpriced overwhelming and the people always seem to be so rude. There is a savers and it’s clean, nice workers and reasonable prices. You did an awesome job, making that look like a great💞
Arizona has the best Goodwills. I am experiencing the same thing in Minnesota with the good wills here. I also miss the 50% off of everything at Goodwill in AZ every other Saturday.
I love community thrift!! My fave store although lately they have been over pricing a. Lot of items
Value Village in LA is Savers and everything is very expensive. I found a pretty vase with the old tag from Tjmaxx of $9.99 and guess how much they price it? $9.99 🙄. Their item pricesa for decor are comparable to Homegoods. Ridiculous and I can not find any goods with their reduced priced tags

You are so fortunate in the US as far as thrifting goes. Here in Canada, the thrift stores have gone insane. You really have to look for bargains and they are few and far apart. Most things are just priced out of reach.

Those weird bowls were apple bakers. You core the apple and stick it on the peg. They were actually pretty nice looking.

That lamp is soo nice, wish we had thrft stores as large in the UK, which are called charity shops, im still looking for a nice lamp which is a good shape may take a while though 😩
