Since I work on chillers but I'm on the other side of the pond , this is super cool to be able to see how you guys do roof plants and all that so thank you very much ! Btw this is one of the cleanest nicest most quiet chiller plants I've ever seen!
@zekenzy6486 I wish there were larger boilers here in Austin.....nothing but baby ones. I learned how boilers work and to troubleshoot them when I lived in Buffalo.....they have some biggins out there.

Whats up Jason! I guess we are going away from wet towers,and going full air! Its gonna have to be one big ass system to replace 1500 tons! The engineers say they are gonna re-use the cond water piping to supply chilled to the loop I say good luck with that!P.S,it gonna be a Daikin! Im not a fan
I been good.Been crazy busy building my wifes Ice Cream shop. Now that she is retired from being a hairdresser/barber for 37 years,she wants to do something fun!

Based on my professional opinion, you’ve got two condensor fan motors not working. Recommend replacement.

@@electroshed if you are referring to the cooling tower fans. I had them off to do inspections. We are not allowed to be inside with the fans running.
