Fantasmic hasn't changed since it's inception because, it has no need to change. I hear it _still_ has to turn away guests at every showing, even after all of these years. It all boils down to, you don't need to change perfection. I don't know which of these live shows will fall first, but, I know Fantasmic will be the last to fall.
I think they need to maybe add some more magic cuz I'd be willing to sit there for 30min. Especiall with more Disney characters like Frozen, Moana, Coco etc.
My daughter wants to be a theater stage manager she is 16 and we have seen all these and love them all we waited after Nemo and Indiana Jones and spoke with the stage manager and let her look at their stage books and talked to her for quite a wile it was awesome !!
Very surprised that you didn’t do anything on the Maleficent dragon catching fire (hope to see that soon though.). I do have to agree as a musical lover, I love that Finding Nemo was first. Amazing video like always!
Disney lifestyle Vids TPMVids did talk about him but because he's and Audio-animatronic TPMVids included him at one of the two "Top 10 Must See Animatronics at Walt Disney World" videos
Never understood why Epcot didn’t have a show stopping stage show. Forget the scrapped Main Street theater, put one in Epcot. Imagine grabbing dinner at Italy or France, then going to see a world class show; that would be awesome!
Great video. My favorite stage show is (of course) Fantasmic. It's a Disney classic. I also like the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, because Doctor Jones.
My mom used to dance in the stage shows in Tomorrowland and the castle stage! She also used to perform at different things when Disney Springs was called Downtown Disney! I recognize those videos because my dad used to take a lot of them! She was a professional dancer and part of the Kids of the Kingdom dance group!
Maddi Henderson Disney Springs used to be called Downtown Disney. They changed the name when they renovated and added many more stores and restaurants.
Seth Pearson um I’m not exactly sure. The dancers and singers made more than the characters and princesses I know that. They still treated them all really well. My mom said she would’ve stayed if she didn’t want to start growing a family.
I went to Disney World in March 2018, and I watched your videos. they helped me soooooooooo much!! now I know almost everything about Disney all thanks to you!💕 also, when we saw the Fantasmic show, you were right! at the end, they just leave Ariel there! LOL
i absolutely love finding nemo the musical, the cast is phenomenal and i really think seeing the actors physically with the puppets adds great emphasis to the show overall. + the songs are hella catchy. such a must see!
Love the list, finding nemo has always been my favourite live show, my family gets annoyed when I always drag them to see it but for me it’s always a must see!
I'm still surprised that Disney hasn't expanded the Nemo show to a full Broadway show! It's so amazing! I feel like Indy will be the first to perma-close and probably Fantasmic will be updated soon. I doubt they'll make the exact same changes, but the new show in Disneyland is amazingly done! They did a really good job of adding in some classics and some newer stuff- giving some of the movies that might not have been out yet when the show originally debuted but could in theory be called "old" now some really amazing spotlights. I ADORE the Aladdin sequence! For DHS, though, I think their setup could really lend to a breathtaking Moana sequence- allowing the island to suddenly sprout flowers and maybe even an appearance from Tefiti. I think they'd have to work on a Maui in-park design first though...
Wait what? Love ya TPM, but Nemo over Fantasmic? No way, not even close. I'm not a fan of seeing the people hold the puppets, and none of the songs stick out imo. Fantasmic is amazing, and I can't rank anything over it. Great vid
I'd say Fantasmic ranks over Nemo, but Nemo does come at a close second. It's one of my favorite attractions, further proving that Animal Kingdom is an extremely underrated park.
im ganna agree too i mean like you can see the poeple holding the puppets so its boring for little kids too but fantasmic with the gaint snake! kids think its real its awsome!
I think Fantasmic will defiantly get an update like Disneyland. I think they can get a new dragon, new firework ending and maybe a new scene or two. Also they need to update the fountains. The fountains at Disneyland actually move but the fountains here just shoot straight up and only in a few colors. #TPMCREW
My first time going to Disney I got to see the Royal Friendship Faire and it made me fall in love with Disney all over again❤️ I really want to go back
When I saw the Finding Nemo Musical, I couldn't believe that its free with park admission. I could sit there every other day in that show and it wouldn't get old. Both sets of casts were amazing that I saw because I went back a second time. Truly hope this stays for a long time so I can see it during more vacations. Every show I saw was just so amazing though. Disney truly knows how to put on a show. 💛🌻
Mickeys most merriest celebration I think is one of the best shows at a disney park. I really love christmas. With great songs, a great big cast of characters, and the castle projections. Catches a real holiday feel.
The indiana jones show is amazing! I think the reason why the show still gets filled (apart from the park having very few attractions right now) is just how action packed the stunts are. That intro where he comes down from the ceiling gets me EVERY time.
Coming from the professional theatre world (incl. dance, opera and pop/rock concert creation and management), the ONE show I always look forward to seeing is Finding Nemo. Usually right after a FastPass on Expedition Everest. They're pretty much next to each other, so it's a great way to spend an hour at Animal Kingdom. We also always catch one performance of Lion King. Alas, Fantasmic! is no longer a must-see for me (or us), since it doesn't have the "live theatre" element of the top shows. If you like seeing what's essentially a movie short performed live again, absolutely go see it. Fantasmic! is such an intricate show that the performers' performances have to be exactly the same every time just to stay safe!
Fantasmic is so amazing. You're right. Each time I hear that music, I get pumped. It's so amazing. I have a bit of a soft spot for Beauty and the Beast and Voyage of the Little Mermaid. They were both shows my mom and I enjoyed together, since we also both loved these movies. She also cried during the Can You Feel The Love Tonight scene in Festival of the Lion King. Not sure why, but oh well. I love that I have these memories. I guess it's appropriate to bring all this up since it's Mother's Day. XD I don't remember if it was particularly good, but do you recall the Pocahontas stage show they had in Animal Kingdom? I remember seeing it, but I can't remember the whole thing. I believe Grandmother Willow was a puppet, and she looked pretty cool. Oh, and Tarzan Rocks. As weird as it was, it was entertaining, especially when seeing characters travel around on roller skates.
The Castle Stage Show (and I've seen many through the years, including Dream along with Mickey as well as Disney Mania mania which included live singers and a live band) is always something special for me. And on every visit, I'll at least catch one of them.
You pretty much nailed that list!!! I would have rated Ariel higher, but that's because I'm in love with her. I think all the Hollywood Studios shows have survived because "if it ain't broke don't fix it" is a wonderful cost saving motto!
THANK YOU!! This is the first time that I have seen any list rate “Finding Nemo - The Musical” higher than Festival of the Lion King, and number one! I love the show so much and almost every list I see about stage shows or Animal Kingdom attractions says that Nemo is boring or doesn’t make sense. Now Nemo has finally gotten the recognition and praise that it deserves!💙
Fantasmic is always my favorite and I teared up a little when I heard the music. I was shocked to see Finding Nemo on here. It's never been one I cared for.
Beauty and the Beast live will always have a place in my heart. When I visited there when I was eight, a cast member asked if I wanted to be one of the people who receive the magic rose at the end. And at the end of the show, I got to go to the stage and Belle and the prince handed me the rose they used in the performance. I still have it sitting on my desk and every time I travel to Orlando, I always go to see the show :)
When I was younger, before the Lion King show, I was actually chosen to teach the hand jive to the entire audience. Me and a cast member went around the auditorium and teach it to everybody. That was such an amazing experience to me!
This is MY list: 1.Fantasmic 2.Finding Nemo 3.Festival of the lion king 4.Indiana Jones 5.Beauty and the beast 6.The little mermaid 7.Mickey's friendship fair I also wanna add: Rivers of light
Definitely a good list, but I have to say the Festival of the Lion King is by far my favorite show at Walt Disney World. It's so original and it doesn't just retell the movie. I always walk out happy after that show!
I have no idea if the show is still there but at Hollywood studios Pixar Live was such a huge thing for my little brother and I. It had a live orchestra playing all of the songs from famous Pixar movies. As i am a vocalist and my brother is in band we fell in love with the show and our mother still had a picture of us being so into the show.
You got it right! Although I love Fantasmic and just the sound of its music gives me Disney chills, the best quality stage show at WDW is Nemo. Just saw it again in April. Fantastic! We also saw a preview performance of the new bird show and it really needed work 😜
The costumes for the Beauty and the Beast homeware characters (Lumiere, Cogsworth, etc.) are horrifying xD definitely need an upgrade. Also, FESTIVAL OF THE LION KING IS THE BEST! I am so disappointed it was #3. Everyone is so talented. The ending gets me every time. Finding Nemo is really good, but it’s a lot of reprises, which I find frustrating (listening to the same song over and over again). Great list, though.
I love the festival of the lion king! I remember once when I was little, we went to go watch the show and there were technical difficulties so we actually didn’t get to see the show but they let us come on stage and have meet and greets with the character which was so much fun!
I remember one time on a family vacation, we hopped from Epcot to Hollywood Studios to watch Fantasmic (there were two shows that night and we wanted to watch the 1st one). By the time we got there it was standing room only. After the show, there was a long line waiting to enter for the 2nd show. After the show I rode Star Tours twice with my mom while my sister and dad rode the Tower of Terror. I rode that ride once when I was younger, but haven't rode it in while because after I got off the ride, my stomach was bothering me
I am in total agreement that the best park show is Finding Nemo. Love this show! As for shows that need refreshed - we don't even go to the shows at Hollywood Studios anymore because ALL of them are in desperate need of an update. I would love to see a "Princess and the Frog" show go where Beauty and the Beast currently is. The music and story of this movie is amazing. Not sure how it fits into the theme of Sunset Boulevard, but then again Beauty and the Beast doesn't quite fit in either.
Memory's when I was 11 I went to Disney Florida for the first time and remmber seeing beauty and the beast it was amazing and the festival of the lion king was breath takeing I hope to go back to Disney someday xx
I love finding Nemo the musical, and I got to work with one of the actresses who currently plays Nemo! That show is still my favorite and every time I go to Disney I see it!
WOW the shows from my childhood are STILL there?! i havent been since 2004 (i live by DLP now but it's just not the same) and am SO reassured some of the old skool shows are still at WDW for when i go back soon!!!
Hey TPM, first can you get merchandise. I would totally wear a TPM video shirt everywhere. Also do you have a place were we can mail you stuff. Respond at your convenience
I’ve seen 5/7 of these shows. Never have seen Indiana Jones and I may have possibly watched the castle stage one or something like it. Disney provides the best shows. All these shows are spectacular!
I can’t believe Finding Nemo is number one. I didn’t like it when I saw it- I felt like it was too long. Granted, I think my experience was spoiled by maybe ten babies crying throughout it. (At least I remember it as ten, haha)
FINALLY a video about Disney stage shows!😍 This channel always makes my day! Can't wait to visit the American parks one day! TPM vids, if you ever go to Tokyo Disney Resort, watch "Big Band Beat" in Disney Sea! So world-class, and full of jazz! The Little Mermaid show (with Ariel flying above on a harness) is great too! Fantasmic was canceled when I was there but I heard their version is different!
I've seen all of these. Fantasmic is our No. 1. We always end our trip with the last full night watching Fantasmic. For those who might not love rides (we do, but some might not), the shows provide just as much fun. Wish they would have found a way to keep Stunt Spectacular and the Backlot Tour as well. Shows also help with crowds by serving thousands of people at a time. More shows at the parks, Disney!
Festival of the Lion King is our number ONE Favorite Show at WDW! So much Action, plus that Air Conditioned Theater is pretty amazing on a hot summer AK day!
It's clear that Fantasmic is the BEST show there is in Disney World. It's most like;y going to change in the future just like the Fantasmic in Disneyland. Great video! I also do this kind of stuff and have been for 5 years straight, even after my old channel was hacked I still kept the motivation and kept doing the same thing, but unfortunately I'm not doing so well with analytics to the point that I may quit my dream. I would really love some help but not everything goes well for me. GREAT VIDEO THOUGH!!!
Also for the Indiana Jones show if you’re close enough they might pick you to be an “extra” in the show. It is one of the coolest things in the park, you get to be right in front of the action!
At the Indiana Jones show, my mom was picked out of everyone in the crowd to be a “stunt woman”. It was so cool!
I hope I get to see it one day
You won't be disappointed. It really is an amazing show!
I feel like it spends too much time on the greedy characters from Pocahontas. More Mickey!!
Mike Uman it’s insane that finding Nemo was chosen number one. He’s clearly drunk
That’s really cool! It would be so interesting sitting with the stage managers and watching them call the show
festival of the lion king will always be a favorite!!! sat in the elephant section last time 🐘🐘🐘
I went to Disney for the first time for my 7th birthday, and me and my brother were chosen to go on stage and do the lion roar.
Ben Lutostanski I was to it was my 6th b day though
Lion King is the cool show.
I love the lion king and my kid
I agree it was great!
Very surprised that you didn’t do anything on the Maleficent dragon catching fire (hope to see that soon though.). I do have to agree as a musical lover, I love that Finding Nemo was first. Amazing video like always!
Disney lifestyle Vids TPMVids did talk about him but because he's and Audio-animatronic TPMVids included him at one of the two "Top 10 Must See Animatronics at Walt Disney World" videos
well um...hate to say this, but the Dragon will not be breathing fire any time soon. It kind of caught major fire earlier this month.
Never understood why Epcot didn’t have a show stopping stage show. Forget the scrapped Main Street theater, put one in Epcot. Imagine grabbing dinner at Italy or France, then going to see a world class show; that would be awesome!
Right?! Putting the list together I was sorta bummed that Epcot didn’t have anything to contribute
Well there was a Barbie show but we don´t really talk about that
Marvel Menagerie of Mediocrity, opening in in 2022
I feel like an opera house would be really cool, and could be used in the world showcase
They have a temporary one: guardians of the galaxy awesome remix show. I think that's what it called.
When I got on my phone I had a tpm video notification. So I stopped what I was doing to watch! You always make my day!!
omg me too 😅
Ahhhhhhhh I know a Presley B
Great video. My favorite stage show is (of course) Fantasmic. It's a Disney classic. I also like the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, because Doctor Jones.
Bryce Mckenzie Same Lol
Sameeee

I recognize those videos because my dad used to take a lot of them! She was a professional dancer and part of the Kids of the Kingdom dance group!
The Kids of the Kingdom rocked, that’s awesome! There used to be a lot of singers in those shows too
How much money did she make a year as a Disney performer?
Juliana Hilliard isn’t downtown disney in california and disney springs in florida?
Maddi Henderson Disney Springs used to be called Downtown Disney. They changed the name when they renovated and added many more stores and restaurants.
Seth Pearson um I’m not exactly sure. The dancers and singers made more than the characters and princesses I know that. They still treated them all really well. My mom said she would’ve stayed if she didn’t want to start growing a family.

Yess that one great
its good

Wacka wacka
Love the list, finding nemo has always been my favourite live show, my family gets annoyed when I always drag them to see it but for me it’s always a must see!
jaylizmw I
Yeah I got banned from singing it in my house because I sing it so much, but I love it!
jaylizmw SAME this is a must do for me and my family, this is the show that got me into musical theater along with the Voices of Liberty.
jaylizmw I
jaylizmw I
Finding Nemo is for sure the best!!!! I got goosebumps hearing "In the Biiiiigggg Blue World.... I loved that show. It made me cry.
I'm still surprised that Disney hasn't expanded the Nemo show to a full Broadway show! It's so amazing! I feel like Indy will be the first to perma-close and probably Fantasmic will be updated soon. You're videos are really great and your the only Disney youtuber I watch!

Wait what? Love ya TPM, but Nemo over Fantasmic? No way, not even close. I'm not a fan of seeing the people hold the puppets, and none of the songs stick out imo. Fantasmic is amazing, and I can't rank anything over it. Great vid
Completely agree, Nemo is hurt by seeing the people and Lion King is the best then Fantasmic then Beauty and the Beast
I'd say Fantasmic ranks over Nemo, but Nemo does come at a close second. It's one of my favorite attractions, further proving that Animal Kingdom is an extremely underrated park.
Trippy Commentaries NOTHING over fantasmic
EXACTLY!!!!!

Honorable mention to dream along with Mickey. What a great discontinued show ❤
2:05 Remember the fail 😂
Finally, someone who agrees with me about Finding Nemo: The Musical. Best show in the parks!!!
This channel never fails to make my day!!
☺️
Mickeys most merriest celebration I think is one of the best shows at a disney park. I really love christmas. With great songs, a great big cast of characters, and the castle projections. Catches a real holiday feel.
The Frozen Sing-Along Celebration is also quite a good show in that the jokes change all of the time.
The indiana jones show is amazing! I think the reason why the show still gets filled (apart from the park having very few attractions right now) is just how action packed the stunts are. That intro where he comes down from the ceiling gets me EVERY time.

I memorised the intro in a week
When I got the alert that a new vid went up. I stopped playing my game and started watching it. Great video as always.
Jeffrey Cunningham Fortnite ?
Hope it was worth it! :)
TPMvids It Totally was
We love Harry Potter, and we love visiting Japan! We need to get to Universal Studios Japan next time!
I am really badly sick while watching, and watching this made my day a lot better! Thanks TPM!😁
I actually saw all of them!
I went to Disney world in 2002 as an 8-year old. I dont remember a lot of the trip but I remember how cool the lion king show was.
Fantasmic is always my favorite and I teared up a little when I heard the music. I was shocked to see Finding Nemo on here. It's never been one I cared for.
Also TPM, can you do a video on planning your first Disney World Vacation please.
THERE IS A FRICKING LION KING SHOW????!!!! I'M GOING TO FAINT OML!!!
I literally got goosebumps when Ariel started singing at 2:10.
I agree, Finding Nemo the musical was definitely a highlight for me
When I was younger, before the Lion King show, I was actually chosen to teach the hand jive to the entire audience. Me and a cast member went around the auditorium and teach it to everybody. That was such an amazing experience to me!

3.Festival of the lion king
4.Indiana Jones
5.Beauty and the beast
6.The little mermaid
7.Mickey's friendship fair
I also wanna add: Rivers of light
FANTASMIC is my favorite stage show at Disney world and your videos are so awesome!😎
Nemo deserved to be first and I’m so happy it was! Great video as always!
Fantasmic is my ultimate favorite!! I absolutely love it♥️♥️♥️
You are my favorite channel!! This was a FANTASTIC video!! Keep it up!!!!!
My favorite is Fantasmic. I remember going at like at age...maybe 13? and I was just so in awe at the whole thing. its a must see.
Fantasmic in Disneyland is still best show in a Disney park. Old Lion King parade here at DL is still No. 2
Definitely a good list, but I have to say the Festival of the Lion King is by far my favorite show at Walt Disney World. It's so original and it doesn't just retell the movie. I always walk out happy after that show!

We saw Festival of the Lion King from the front row and it was even more magical.

Edwin Chae OMG THAT EPISODE 😂
I can’t believe Finding Nemo is number one. I didn’t like it when I saw it- I felt like it was too long. Granted, I think my experience was spoiled by maybe ten babies crying throughout it. (At least I remember it as ten, haha)
Your videos are always so creative! I love watching these! I binge your Disney videos all the time!
HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY FANTASMIC!!!
Fantasmic!!!
I love all of them
Hello your vids make my day joyful!!!
i'm exited!! i'm watching with my mom
Is anyone going to Disney world soon? ( like if you are )
I am
i might go march 2020
Bacey Sings I have only been twice it makes me sad because Disney is life
In 4 months 🙃
Hopefully
I've seen all of these. Fantasmic is our No. 1. We always end our trip with the last full night watching Fantasmic. For those who might not love rides (we do, but some might not), the shows provide just as much fun. Wish they would have found a way to keep Stunt Spectacular and the Backlot Tour as well. Shows also help with crowds by serving thousands of people at a time. More shows at the parks, Disney!
this video really helped me thank you!
I've heard that Mr. Limpet is in Voyage of the Little Mermaid.
Hello!!!! I love this video!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Seems like I recall seeing the Lion King show, at the Disney-MGM Studios, before the Animal Kingdom opened. I love that show!
