- I finally finished the damn video, which was supposed to come out in September 2021. After a while, I noticed all the footage was saved in a resolution of 1280x720, which resulted in quality loss, but I didn’t reshoot in better resolution. All comparisons provided are just some of the changes found between the prototype and the retail version.
Nothing like finding a good silent hill video at 4 am
12:20 would have been an excellent addition. That reaction goes so well with what most horror game protagonists would say in that situation
1:17 That sound effect made it into the final version. I was able to discover it years ago, but you must to trigger it by running around for a while near the well where you find the first save square.
I like how he say's shit when his clip runs empty.. could tell he was supposed to say something but I didn't think it was that x]
This is great. Thanks for doing this. I got totally excited to do a comparison then it got back burnered. I will recommend this on my community page.

0:45 funny thing is, in Resident Evil 2 when you go to the police station there's a surprise welcome party for the main character Leon and there's a banner incorrectly saying "WELLCOME LEON"
then this game was inspired by it

@@sheddy7372 I Wonder what could it be used for, perhaps original plan for origins of Maria was that she was th baby at the end of SH1 but later that idea was reused for Heather.

Just yesterday play the beta (prototype) version. i see a lot of diferences, just want to battle for the first time pyramid head one frase says: COOMING SOON. NOOOOOOO. I playing with pcsx2 emulator for PS2
And people complaining already of the remake without being out yet
