Even in 2010 the engineering firm I did an internship in (in Liverpool) had topless calendars all over the place. I left the UK around then, I hope things have improved since in terms of workplace standards around not blatantly objectifying women.

They may also get 100+ points this season. So tell me how it’s delusional to think they’ll win it again next year.

Interesting that I came across this video when I was thinking about and hoping Klopp returns the boot room culture so that there is a conveyor belt of success at the club.
OK, Liverpool supporters born and raised in the UK, give us the names of knighted individuals that make Bob Paisley's exclusion from that club look even more ridiculous than it already does.
As an Arsenal fan, kind of amazed that neither Shankly nor Paisley have been given consideration to be knighted posthumously.

You could be put up for a knighthood by someone important, but only the monarch, or a high ranking royal are the only people able to physically ascend someone to 'knighthood'. And its only a life thing. Once you die the title is dropped, so if you hear of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle or Sir Isaac Newton; technically they should only be called by their given names, and not the 'Sir' moniker.

I'm sure it still goes on in some places. A place I worked at in the summer when I was a student still had them up until a female cleaner complained about them, and this was around 2007.

Are they the biggest though? Even during Liverpool's 'dark days' they still had a loyal global fanbase loved the world over, they were just underperforming on the pitch - and in business which Utd capitalised on. Now Liverpool are back at the top, they are quickly retaking Utd over in almost everything.

Hmm.. if you looked at the story the Boot Room was physically dismantled in the early 90's and the last manager with that link (Roy Evans) left in 1998.
Pep was just starting at La Masia by this time 😁 although it must be said that early in his managerial career at Barca, he is quoted as saying that a major influence in his coaching was the Liverpool way.. Pass and Move informed his Tiki Taka!
