I had a problem with this meditation. What if I have no one in my life who believes in me in that way.
And I am not being melodramatic, it is just what it is and that is ok. But I had to stop the meditation and will do the guardian angel one instead. I absolutely love that one.

Is it possible to put the ads at the beginning of the video instead of the end?
Unfortunately, UA-cam doesn't give me the option to only have an ad at the beginning. Only the beginning AND the end.
My ads are at the beginning
If U click on the Video ferris wheel settings on top right corner go to Additional settings & click on Loop the adds will go away after the 1st round or two
If you value your time you buy UA-cam premium and no ads ever again. Been using it for years
I don't know everyone's situation, but purchasing UA-cam Red (now called Premium) improved my marriage. My husband can just about stand me running a meditation playlist all night while I sleep, but he couldn't stand the ads all night. I'll tell you... I'm currently unemployed and deep in debt...I have had to cut down on expenses, but the small cost of UA-cam Premium has improved my life dramatically...
