I came across this meditation today, and was amazed, I has an experience like this about about 30 years ago,when I was in my thirties, I could hear a voice from inside, saying "hold my hand "and it continued for days until I held the hand that came out from my heart it was the beginning with painful years of my life, and I held on to the hand which I believed was God's hand ,and I knew He was helping me and was "on my side" but was so profound

Intensely beautiful. Near the end I was imagining myself laying down in the arms of Mother Nature while holding the hand of Father Source. I felt the love and support I’ve never received from my human parents.

Most powerful meditation
