Well produced report. Some doubts.
It looks like that Mr Asiz & Co are good in administration BUT WEAK in legal / financial matters. This weakness matters if Global Healthcare has not done due diligence upon Up Health (US outfit). Mr Damodar is of no consequence since this bureaucrats have no entrepreneurship sense in looking for dangers.
Ofcourse foreign money is attractive and it is a SWEET TRAP. It is a question of great attraction for growth without proper partner.
Thak you for this report, I feel helpless when Doctors like Dr, Azeem and Medical organisations like Glocal Healthcare want to help rural people and helpless people of India and are cheated by other companies.
