Judiciary is too slow in our country, hence many scams are yet to see conviction of guilty
They never will because the money was speculative loss.
While watching SR speech I was asking what govt did on those scams.

Since all these scams involve public money an action through PIL would be appropriate as our politicians - both from the ruling as well as the opposition - are involved in each of these scams.

One thing is clear that common citizens have to face the music. Whom should we blame? Judiciary, politicians, bureaucracy, media. Skilled personnel must come forward to have a strong legal framework and must have stipulated time to bestow justice. These are my personal view and may be wrong, but I can express my feelings.

Think about Congress who has been busy looting country for 70 yrs by hook or crook, it did not flick eye while gifting our land to Pakistan, Sri Lanka or other neighbours....Pappu is still signing MoU with China....Mamata openly killing hindus to retain WB CM post....

It suits the ruling party not to pursue the cases in real earnest because the intention is only bring the cases to focus when ever they want and not for getting justice for the citizens who elected them.
Agree....else Wadra and Gandhi should have been behind bars.....poor Khemaka is still suffering transfers in Haryana.
People have to blame themselves for voting to power corrupt fellows knowingly to rule them. When honest people stand for election the same voters reject them to elect the corrupt again; for voters not character of candidate but caste &religion & political partys are important factors . As they say - in democracy people get what they deserve.

White paper of the previous govt tenure was outdated.. Dont know who gave this idea to them to release on last day of the tenure. This must have come in the first month in 2014. Now people only ask about current ten govt regime..

So you are saying these scams occurred but not much has been done about prosecution….. I am guessing this govt is saying the same…. These are the scams that affected the previous 10years of misgovernance. And I can agree with you … I would have preferred to have much better prosecuting agencies and faster judiciary…. To help there… partly this govts mustake mot prosecuting hard enough.

I think the lady with a trenched teeth had said that these were held back because it would affect investment climate. Probably one Vinod Rai single handedly demolished credibility of the same climate dur ing UPA2 with his concocted financial figures (quoted in the WP) that were proved so blatantly wrong! He must qualify to be recommended for a Padma!!.

Bro , don't mistake failures as scam . Demonitization was a failure scheme not a scam. Like un unemployment too. Sexual harassment charges are unproven yet. Poverty is i much better shape . Rafael, 2002 in both cases . The government was acquitted. Coming to Pulwama let's just say in upa these things happened every 6 months. Only Manipur was a failure, that too it is because the problem was pre existing not because of current government. but then again Kashmir has rejuvenated. So chill

Your tone seem inclined. When you say about the wrestlers, it is not as simple as mentioing it in one line and that too with again an inclined tone, making it very clear about your bias.
Inclined means that you're likely to do something, you're leaning toward doing it, or you do it habitually - online dictionary. The report strangely silent on the multiple 100000+ lakh crores scams in the last 10 years. What about the bank NPAs which were cleaned up? You didn’t talk about them.

Just wondering why decorated wrestlers instead of going to court (Sibal, Dave, Prashant are always ready and waiting to help cases against BJP) instead they decided to indulge in public protest?
It may help to read the full and systematic effort they made - step by step - starting with reaching out to the PM for help. It would further help to look up (Google) the fact that they had to go to court even to have a FIR registered. Finding facts is always helpful in all issues
