Hi! I drive a 2018 chevy spark. My question is if I disconnected the module and the two plugs. Can I drive the vehicle say to my nearest dealership or body shop and not have any airbags deploy? Saying my Steering wheel deployed but not my passenger or side airbags? Please inform me on if I can drive still without the module plugged in? And if my seatbelt are fine, do I have to unplug them so nothing happens to them while module is unplugged? Thanks!

Hey awesome video, but I need help, alot of help, I purchased a 2014 spark with a airbag deployed and my screen shows code 95, the vehicle was in a small accident and it's been repaired except the airbags. What exactly can you do to get my driver air bag and and code 95 disappear. Thanks
@DJC thats actually a common problem you have there on your Spark. I've heard of it a few times before. Code 95 on your Chevy Spark is the sensors under the front seat. Check under the front seats and look for a plug / connector that is not plugged in or has a damaged wire /connector.
Once you see and fix the connector problem, the car will clear this code on its own. No need to use scanner to clear the code once it has been addressed.

I have a chevrolet spark 2011 with Airbag SDM control (13578313) is not working (seatbelt no light and airbag warning)...I can buy a new SDM for replacing it???

If i want to remove the center console just to clean beneath, do i still need to unplug the battery?
Only need to disconnect the battery if you're removing any component of the airbag system. Otherwise, you're good to go without disconnecting it.
@@MyAirbags I couldn’t remove the plastic cover completely like in your video. It’s looks like that need to disconnect the cable of the USB from behind.
Wheres the tcm located on ny 2014 spark
The TCM on this vehicle is in the passenger compartment behind the instrument panel, on the left side of the brake pedal.

The airbags are not deployed so how do you know that the module needs to be reset?

When you scan ths SRS system and you get cod B0051, B0052 or B0053, then that indicates that the vehicle was in an accident and crash history was stored. We clear/reset this crash codes, crash history. Airbags usually deploy if the vehicle was traveling about 35+ MPH. If vehicle was in a light accident then airbags will usually be okay, but seat belt pretensioners will lock up. Check your seat belts. If they are not working correctly then they will need to be replaced or rebuilt. MyAirbags.com can also rebuild your seat belt and reset airbag control module.
