Thank you so much Karen 💕 That’s so sweet of you. I also enjoyed all those shades of pink. Hoping that I’ll succeed with the anemones 🤞🏼 Hope you had a lovely weekend 🙋🏻♂️☀️ Daniel
Hi Helen 🤗 I read about it when I ordered them. Turtle head isn’t the most common perennial in Europe, but I just love it 💕 I grow the variety ‘Hot Lips’ and it gets better each year. You should definitely get some for your own garden 🙋🏻♂️ Have a lovely weekend ☀️ Daniel
I think your garden is one of the best I’ve seen in UA-cam. I love how your puppy hangs out with you in your garden!!! He’s so cute and you can clearly see how much she adores you!!!😊💖🌸👍👋
OMG 🤗 THANK YOU SO MUCH BEATRICE! I feel very humbled by your lovely words. Your comment was the first thing I read in the morning and it makes me very happy. Glad you enjoy my garden and hope you’ll be excited about the future projects. Have a wonderful day 🙋🏻♂️☀️ Daniel
I love anemones, I started planting some pink and white ones last year and added another white one this year. One of my favorites is called "White Swan", it starts flowering earlier than my others. The blooms are white with a little lavender color on the back of the petals, stunning! Those turtlehead plants are beautiful as well, will have to look for some next year! Thanks for sharing your garden.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment and the amazing recommendation about the type of anemone that you’re growing. I’ll definitely have a look for that one as well 🤍 Have a lovely day 🙋🏻♂️ Daniel
When the sun came out and you panned the back garden, it looked like a Monet landscape...took my breath away. I love the placement of the anemones; I too planted 7 this year for the first time. I've heard they can be pretty aggressive spreaders, will have to keep an eye on them. P.S. I love that puppy!!! Cheers.
Hi Gina 😊 I am really happy that you like this video as well. We are very lucky with the garden being nestled in this tranquil landscape and the evening sun creating beautiful moments in the back garden 🤍 I shared quite some photos on my Insta account as well. Wish you a wonderful Friday and weekend 🙋🏻♂️
In Australia we call the Autumn Anemones, we call them Japanese windflowers. Such are the cultural differences between countries, I have some of the white coloured ones and the flowers are quite beautiful when they flutter in the breeze.
Thank you so much for leaving me a comment 🤗 I am honestly so thrilled that you are watching my videos from beautiful Australia 🤍 How intriguing that you call them Japanese Windflowers. So poetic and in a way mir accurate as they originate in Japan and China ☺️ Wishing you a great day 🙋🏻♂️☀️ Daniel
First of all, your dog is the cutest thing I"ve ever seen!!! Second, love the design. Anemones are great, especially with those fabulous Turtleheads just down the way from them. Totally inspiring. I love your channel. Look forward to future videos.
Thank you so much Sue for your amazing and very sweet comment 🤍 That makes me so happy! Alfi is definitely the joy of my life. So cute to have a dog with me in the garden. Wish you a wonderful day 🤗 Daniel
Ok, love, love your video. One question, did you say 2 huge walnut trees????? There should definitely be a video on those because plants aren't suppose to grow under them.
Hi Crystal 🤗 Thank you so much for your wonderful compliment 🤍 That makes me very happy. 😊 I know that walnut trees have a pretty bad reputation. I still planted an entire island bed around them and I am mostly quite successful with that. I can definitely make a separate video about this topic this late spring. It’s actually a great idea so thank you for that! If you are intrigued to see how it looks. Just visit me on my Insta account. Same name and logo ☺️🌟 Have a great start into your new week 🙋🏻♂️ Daniel
I absolutely love all the different shades of pink together. Just beautiful!
