Could the moth be a hummingbird hawk-moth? Your garden looks lovely, also the "no-man's land" part, I still remember the video from last year when you started working on it. Looking forward to the video with the planting under the walnut tree. And good idea with the fireball, just sneak it in and light a nice fire on an autumn evening, it will be accepted in no-time :)
