Thank you for posting this vid. I appreciate the tips, I will follow you and hopefully keep learning how to play STI. Thanks again.
Glad it was helpful! Be plenty more videos in the future. Thanks for the comment.
Great video! Best video for beginners I have seen so far. Thanks a lot for your work.
Glad it was helpful! Should have some more coming out in the next week.
Top class video. I've been wanting to use Infinite as a stepping stone to the New Horizons mod. I learned so much in this video that other beginner's intros just do not cover at all. Great stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it!
you sir are a legend liked and subbed thank you
No problem glad it helped you. Thanks for the sub.
Thanks, would love to see more tips and guides!
You got it! I will be doing plenty more in the coming weeks, already one on Technology, Cloaking and now Ship combat Comparisions. Next few will probably be about planetary management, early game expansion and how to min/max that effectively and some ship combat testing.
Subscribed! Great video!
Thank you, glad it helps.
Thank you, great video.
Glad you liked it!
Good video, thanks!
You're welcome! Glad it helped.
Wow. Thanks for the Video. More useful than other content creators who think everyone knows how to play Stelaris.
Glad it was helpful! I will be making plenty more videos to help players over the coming weeks and months. Thanks for the comment.
Thank you this helps me a lot
Glad to hear it!
brilliant
Thanks.
Thanks very much for making the effort to make this video, it's been a big help.
If you want ideas, can you cover terrorforming please?
also how to organise your fleets, is it possible to merge fleets together?
I also saw on another video that Bajor is important like in the series, can you show us if we meet the jem hadar etc please?
I'm an older player who grew up with Birth of the Federation and Armada so buying this has been quite an eye opener for me!
Great suggestions! I will be doing more videos soon; I have a bunch of areas I want to cover. Thanks for the comment.
@@tachyonlance1969 That's good to hear, I look forward to watching them.
Video on terraforming will be released in about 3-4 hours from now. :)
I am also coming from Birth and this game feels needlessly complicated in some respects. It is like newer sports games, football video games peaked with Super Tecmo Bowl and have only gotten worse since.
@@thezfunk I've taken a break from the game to be honest, it's a good concept but the crashes are really frustrating me to the point I stopped playing. I've been playing Two Hospital which is a remake of Theme Hospital but a lot more fun and it's only pennies at the moment on steam due to a discount.
Good video but in later game need a tips on aquireing civics.
Noted! Going to try and get some more videos done in the near future.

Thanks for the Sub, much appreciated.
Everyone is waiting for the game to expand. I was hoping to be able to create my own species.
Yes, it has a lot of potential for future growth which I'm sure is all part of the DLC expansion model like most games these days.
Another tip: Steam Workshop has some useful mods such as making Data immortal and removing the non-canon event of the Romulan star explosion.
Yea, I don't know what they were thinking adding that event, killing a player's home world 40 years into the game and you can't do anything about it. Stellaris has a similar thing, but it is something you can add (Origin called Doomsday), but you get to pick that. Something for the Romulans should be based around the events of the movie Nemesis instead, bit of a Romulan Civil war.
"Non canon event"
@@genericgamer2836yeah, as in officially non-canon. We neckbeards must oppose that lameness at every turn.
Not in my canon anyways lol enterprise barley makes the cut for what I consider cannon. 😂
I get what you're saying about moving pops from a less efficient planet to one that is more efficient but...how do you actually do that?
resettle. It's a button you see in the colony view menu
There is a resettle button near the top right of the planet view screen, you can select other worlds to resettle pops, normally comes with a fee. I will show off some more features like this in another video. Some tutorials.
I'm starting this video now!
Update: I'm halfway through
Hopefully you find some helpful tips.
i finished the video but forgot to comment. thank you for the tips@@tachyonlance1969
No problem, glad it helped, thanks for the comments.
not the best option for science capital. Andoria gets planet features +50% from science. approximately 3-5 years after start. Not just Andoria, second planet in each faction
Thats true, I think in that game I also got an event which gave the 50% bonus for Vulcan as well. Lucky me.
Tip #1 mod it
Hahaha, that is probably right.
Tip 21. Uninstall :P
That is funny now the game is dead except for moders.
The best tip i can give is if you do not refund this in under a hour you cannot get your money back.
U want to be funny? Let me say u, u are not.
Not being funny just warning other people not to waste their money@@bwort007
If you returned a game within an hour, you have not really played it or understood how to play the game.
Thats the point i kept it too long to return it @@tachyonlance1969
