Yeah Penang pricing on food is the same like KL now. I moved to KL and before this I always thought everything in KL was expensive. It is not. Well a place like a tourist place is probably more expensive but normal place almost the same price. Even if you pay extra rm1-2 compare to Penang you definitely get a bigger portion than you get in Penang.
Last year CNY, me and family traveled to Penang and went there for lunch. Waited for 1 hour 30 minutes, luckily there was another stall selling loh bak, we ate loh bak while waiting for our CKT
dont waste your time to eat this, very obvious no wok hei (char flavour) because she fried dozen plates of kway teow in the same wok. and the eggs werent fried in the proper way, for char kway teow, the egg should be fried on the wok for about 70% cooked only mix with the kway teow, but she mix them right away ! the kway teow will lost its char flavour and become soggy for sure, and also couldnt eat the egg texture at all because all has been equally covered the kway teow. FAIL Kway TEOW
Very expensive for portion that size.
Too expensive ? Nolah but consider the quality of the prawns which is fresh and quite big.

Always order 2 plates at one go, big prawns and mantis shrimps. Always the highlight of our Penang trip😅

Where got nicce compare to our Outram Char Kway Teow. The Kway teow all stick together, Those ecomony stall selling Kwayn Teow taste better.
