You all can try his elder brother's stall at the old BM market taxi stall - taste classic.
Willing to pay the price...I'm sure he personally will come to your home and cook for you too but will you be willing to pay the price to make that business model profitable?
Plates can soak overnight with clorox it will come out the stain make the place more cleaner..I saw in Taiwan...and in Singapore are very clean there hawker center...

Looks really nice, but I really hope he puts the Prawns and Cockles (if available) in first before the Rice Noodles so that they come out well cooked... I like my Prawns and Cockles really well done to the point that they are really rubbery and bouncy...also you don't have to worry about any bacteria or parasites infecting you... Just my thoughts you know...
