Verse 7 says: of the increase of his government there is no end.. If he is God his government is eternal it does not increase because it is always at the peak...

Son of Man simply refers to his loving nature of the world of Men. Tolkien also used the term Men like in the Bible. Thus Christ is the Son of Man because he loves Men, though fallen in every way. And Men see Christ as their own as
well because Christ is much like Men, even though he is divine and everlasting. Thus Son of Man is a title that states the affecting nature that Christ has towards fallen Men. This is a virtue called Compassion. 🌿
You haven’t answered the question. It’s not what does the title mean, it’s who do all flesh say the Jesus is?
