This is an excellent tutorial on canning bone broth, or canning anything, really. Nicely paced, clear view of the steps you take, and no "busy" chatter to distract the viewer. Although you say that you were nervous, you did not show it. One of the best canning tutorials I have seen online. Thank you for stretching your comfort zone to produce this for your viewers. I'm happy for you that you are progressing. There will be bumps and potholes in the road, but you just take them one at a time and know we are here for you. Blessings

Heather, you're a UA-cam pro. Emotions are on the surface, where you can deal with them, authentic and real. We're on this ride along with you. I've been canning for 40+ years and not as meticulous as you are. Thanks for doing this video on the proper steps to can your broth. I tend to freeze my broth but after a freezer melt down last Summer I realize I need to can more. Peace and love to you and yours!

So happy to see your lovely face and this canning happening! I think it's the best healing there is. My grandma (and mom) taught me lots of my baking and canning and she always said having your hands in dough or your head and hands in a project is the best way to heal a heart and talk with God. we love you! ❤

Heather, I'm an almost 32 year old mom of 2. From when I was 21-25, I lost my boyfriend of 5 years that that had just ordered an engagement ring in 2011, my father-in-law 3 weeks before I married his son in 2014, then my dad from cancer in 2015. Your videos are so incredibly inspiring. Your spirit is beautiful and some of the things you've said about the grief process are SO well-said and have helped me heal. I'm a firm believer in taking care of ourselves in the same intense way we take care of our homesteads. That said, I'd love a video on how you take care of your skin it is So beautiful. Skincare is my greatest struggle and I'm sure I'm not the only one who could say that. Thanks for another instructional video!

I only discovered your canning videos today. They are great. Then I read about your family's accident and was so saddened. I can't even imagine going through what you did. God was definitely with you and your children the whole time. Your Matt will always be there for you. Continue to draw strength from the Lord. Prayers for you and your family and may God continue to bless you with healings both physical and emotional. You are such a brave and strong woman. What an inspiration you are to all of us. Thank you.

Holy cow Heather, that contraption that separated the fat... I'm going to have to get one of these for me! I thought making bone broth was going to be quite difficult, but apparently not 😊😋
    You're in my prayers 🙏💗🙏

Beautiful broth! Welcome back. It's wonderful to hear the joy and laughter you share when you're canning. This was definitely Matt approved. The fat separate is on sale 23% off. Just ordered mine. Thank you and gentle hugs, Kate

Those jars of broth look like jewels. So happy to see you back in the kitchen and making videos. I love the sound of the jars pinging, it is so satisfying.
We had discovered your channel early last year and were devastated for all you have been through. We have kept you lifted up in prayer as you and your family worked to recover from their injuries and horrific loss. It is very evident how much love you have for Matt, and we know that he is watching over you now as you keep moving forward. You have shown so much grace in the face of your trials; I just wish you peace and strength as you lead your family into the future. We love you and will keep praying.
