This is an excellent tutorial on canning bone broth, or canning anything, really. Nicely paced, clear view of the steps you take, and no "busy" chatter to distract the viewer. Although you say that you were nervous, you did not show it. One of the best canning tutorials I have seen online. Thank you for stretching your comfort zone to produce this for your viewers. I'm happy for you that you are progressing. There will be bumps and potholes in the road, but you just take them one at a time and know we are here for you. Blessings

I've been canning for 40+ years and not as meticulous as you are. Thanks for doing this video on the proper steps to can your broth. Heather, I am so happy to see you back. Thank you for your methodical, meticulous steps on canning this broth. For the past number of years I have only attempted water bath canning of jams and such; my mother was the one that handled the pressure canning and I have been a little reluctant to foray there. After watching this I may give it a try. You are such an inspiration, and one of the most gracious spirits I have ever encountered. I wish you all the best with your efforts in coming back to us and I have you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you all.

Maybe let people know that Bernardin is the Canadian version of Ball. So much easier to just ladle off the fat layer on the broth. You can get most of it out that way. Or just cool the broth and take the hard fat layer off. Seems you are making more work than necessary for yourself but if it works for you then go for it!
    Welcome back mama!

My mom used to love homesteading videos and would do some canning herself before she died 5 years ago and I find watching videos of homesteading and canning now really reminds me of things she'd enjoy or reminds me of when she'd can various things so I really enjoyed seeing the process! 💜 thanks for taking me back and reminding me of my something my mom loved! I really enjoy your channel.

Listening to your voice, you are completely relaxed when you cook. It is your Happy Place. I used to can when I was younger, it was such a satisfying process. Stand back and look at your canned goods, such a satisfying feeling. I loved to make tomatoes and pickled beets and gob of green beans. I am now 75 but I remember when I made green beans with bacon And onion and my two boys wanted more. Love the ping!!!!
