Dried Fish Curry Mangalore Style |Unakka Meen Curry | Dry fish and Green Mango curry

This fish curry is one of the mangalorean and udupi recipe. Fish is dried in a sunlight by adding salt and can be stored for months for the later use. When the fresh fish is not available this dried fish is used specially during rainy season in the coastal Karnataka.
