Seeing Arkham Batman again made me realize how good the arkham suit was!

Only Chip Zdarsky can give us fanservice Galore for the upcoming flash film and try to incorporate all of the Batmen into this one big issue that features Michael Keaton's Batman (Batman 89), Adam West Batman (Batman 66) and Kevin Conroy Batman (Batman TAS & Batman Arkhamverse) to give Batman Prime the tools necessary to put down red mask.
Batman prime: " how am I supposed to get rid of a jokerizse shark."
Ghost Adam West Batman: "Use the repellent old chum."
Batman prime pulls out the shark repellent.
Batman Prime: " I guess I met a version of myself that's more prepared than me."
This was pretty great! As soon as the utility belt was handed over I was ready for MAXIMUM SHENANNIGANS!

The best batman issue i've read in a long time. The artists really put their foot in this one with the multiversal batman. Now i guess we gonna have a knights of zur-en-arrh arc.

Chip the madman in one issue reworked Arkham and Dark Knight Returns Batman in a way to not only give the main some advice to think on, confirmed the best Batman is Adam West, while also honoring Kevin three times. If he wasn't so scared to touch Spider-Man I would beg him too

This was a great issue! No doubt that Selina’s words to Bruce here are foreshadowing for the upcoming Batman vs Catwoman crossover storyline.
I swear, first Damian and now Selina. DC won’t be satisfied until Bruce fights the entire bat family back to back. I’m sure Jason will be Next…
But by no means this year or the next, we will be getting Jace Batman vs. OG Batman because nobody cares to see that 😂
Okay, the story beforehand was kinda mid, but that last issue was incredible. cheesy, yes, but really endearing, and a lovely tribute to Adam West.
It sucks Chip's run is ending after Issue 136. But I'm excited to see what Tom King is gonna do on Batman

Wow 3 times they paid tribute to conroy. Keaton and west are a good touch too
I, too, am hoping for an upcoming confrontation between our Bruce and the Batman of zurenarh. In fact, because that version of Batman created failsafe he's kinda the big bad of that arc, too. And it would continue an apparent theme of zdarsky's run--batman's contingency plans, born of his ever present paranoia, biting him on the ass.
That's what happens when you you're 8 years without a new game.

My favorite part of the entire issue is when West's Batman gave comic Batman the utility belt. The moment he did, I knew shark repellent was gonna show up. Was not disappointed lmao

The Swarm of Zur-en-Arrh is something that I hope to see more of in the book. Given the backup origin of the program (for simplicity I’ll just use the alien name from the original story) Tlano argues that killing Jokers stops the psychological attacks so if he were to make more Tlanos in worlds where such a thing can go very wrong very fast I feel like a multiversal flock will be needed to take them out of this new trance. The Zur-en-Arrh suits all look beautiful in their varying art styles and I hope we see how they each get effected by Tlano. My head cannon with All Star Batman is that Tlano was the Batman Dick Grayson first met and it’s why he was so unhinged (even by Batman standards). It would be very interesting if each Batman gets a small back up or even an issue of Zur-en-Arrh where each Tlano demonstrates their own unique approach to taking a joker back off the board or how bad things can get with a Batman who may not laugh but will enjoy himself as he kills the problems.
I am surprised they didn't reference Flashpoint and Bruce screams Martha when he sees her as joker.
So basically they just set up another version of Dark Knights Metal? Ish…. This issue sounds brilliant I definitely plan on reading it.

I think this takes place before Arkham Knight, since he got a new suit in it and sort of silenced the Joker ghost

One of my least Favorite arcs but I loved the illustrations of different multiverses and how all of the Batman’s used their own worlds to help him
As for the floating world I think it's the one shown in crisis core movie where owlman wanted to destroy a prime reality.

Having this review pop up after seeing spiderverse reminds me how stiflingly conservative the DC mulitiverse and Zdarsky have been with Batman.

The one thing I didn't like all that much here is the joker sharks. Feels like the time eater from Return of Bruce Wayne would be a little cooler and fit the end of time setting a bit more of a solid way.

I felt like when Selena gave him a reason you suck speech. it seemed to enlighten why Bruce and Selena won't work unless he accepts Selena for herself. unless Bruce accepts he can't change her either embraces and becomes a better couple. or like spiderman and mj can't be together or happy.

Hello can someone fill me in? So after death of the justice league, Pirriah sent the justice league to different dimensions and the Batman in this solo title is the main universe Bruce Wayne but he is running around as Batman in another universe?
Yes this is main universe Batman he just went on a multiversial journey in this arc.
Dark Knight Returns Bruce can make a robot hand for Bruce Prime but not Ollie from his own world, Bad friend 😅

Not really no, its the big finale to Zdarksys big multiverse arc. You might appreciate the art but you probably wont know what's going on story wise.

I was honestly enjoying the story until red mask revealed his story and motivation, which is really dumb.
It feels like, but riders in the past have been so scared on touching the specific universes so why aren’t the bad they have the are converse, Adam West Michael Keaton, all of these top hitters.
I love this comic, but the main universe Batman suit is fucking awful
