You are stunning in all respects. In my opinion, you are a new genius and quite charismatic as a British English teacher. I have no doubt in the coming days you are going to be the leading online English teacher superseding others. To tell you frankly, I have hardly any language to praise you for your outstanding teaching styles, accent, and impressive body language! Wish you good luck and everlasting grace from the Almighty forever. Cheers!
Same pray for you sis Katherine. You are very super fluent that she talks every word crafted perfectly flowing like pearls with unique way of teaching that make me impressive thanks sis Katherine again
I’m studying to become a teacher here in Germany and your videos have been so helpful! Alongside “English with Lucy”, your channel has been the most helpful one in terms of improving my English. Pronunciation can be so tricky at times, especially because pronunciation often differs even though the spelling is similar. Plus, there are so many silent letters in words and then you read another word and all of a sudden you have to pronounce all the letters 😄But thanks to you, as well as Lucy, pronouncing different words gets easier and easier! Also, I love to compare different accents! I never noticed how many differences there are in British and American English, it’s quite fascinating. Love from me, whose accent still sounds pretty German, despite all attempts to get rid of it 😅❤️
@@englishwithkatharine I was about to reply “you’re welcome” and I do know the alternatives to that expression, but is it true after all, that native speakers barely ever say “you’re welcome”? With this in mind, I say Gern geschehen, which is the German translation of you’re welcome ☺️
Hi. It's great to see a Deutscher here. I have been learning Deutsch, and it's really interesting and challenging. The gender specificity gives a tough task to master und wirklich enjoyable for language lovers. Aufwiederhoren.
Dear, Katharine. I want to say thank you so very much for again another video. It isn’t easy to speak and pronounce in the syllable words. However, it’s very helpful in improving my English speaking and pronunciation mainly. I really love your videos on UA-cam. I’m in love with your clear explanations, your clear voice and your beautiful smiles. ❤ It has been pleasure learning British English with you on UA-cam Videos. You’re a lovely person and amazing English Teacher ever! You’re so very smart to show us everything you do for the great learning skills. I’m looking forward to seeing you more videos of good collocations with your beautiful words in British English Conversation and Accents. ❤ 😊
Really helpful video - love your clear explanations, your clear voice and of course your smile and your enthusiasm Katherine! Keep the videos coming ! Brilliant ! Ben ( fellow English as a foreign language teacher)

In search for my English learning, I have come across your channel, and I can see that in every single video you blink your eyes, is it natural or intentionally. It feels like hypnotized 😵💫, such a powerful eye😍.
I've been whatching english lessons here on youtube for a while and I can say, this is a really good and unique video, I save it on my favorites to see again... Hope your channel grow up fast you deserve much much more followers
I love this video and it's very helpful to me in improving my pronunciation. Thank God you get over as quickly as possible and get better soon, and I'm looking forward to seeing other videos & important classes.Take care teacher Katharine!!
Hi Katharine❤I am an English teacher and your videos REALLY help me improve my accent, can u do me a favour and spot more light onto the illusive “y” that you talked about before, it really helps me catch this difference between my accent and native’s but I still need more explanation… thanks in advance 🙏
I salute your dedication, giving your lessons while having that horrid COVID! I contracted it a few months back, and had never been so miserable. Brava, M'Dear...
Loved the examples you used as explanations. You might use "might pronounce" instead of "pronounce" - otherwise it insinuates that we all pronounce English the wrong way. And thx for Salmon - the only one I could improvement with. Thx!
Oh I feel like having a coffee too! Italian expresso in the afternoon (now) and English instant coffee in the morning! What have I been doing ? filling boxes 'cos I' m going to move to a new big house with a garden near the sea! have a nice time 😊
Dear Katharine, thank you so much for your videos! Thank you for your charming and musical British English! It's so useful to listen to you! Would you please make a video about different types of "o" sound in words and how to pronounce it correctly to sounds more natural. Many thanks and hugs to you! 💐
Hello ! Katharine , I'm Sourav Natta from India. I ♥️ your fluent English pronounce. By the way, lots of British English peoples are very good. I love them all. Katharine Madam , you also very good teacher. And very beautiful. I really love your videos on UA-cam. 😊 I really love British English specially. 🇮🇳💙🏴
@English with Katharine Yes , Madam Katharine, it's true that British ruled India over 200 years. We indians respect every religion and culture heritage of this world. By the way The British Empire had ran away in 1947, 15th august. So , we don't forget their English language and culture. We know that for communication this English language would help everyone to understand other's language. And believe me , I personally don't hate very good British English peoples. Might be possible, Many English people may be wondering why their kings and queens ruled over the Indian subcontinent over 200 years. Okay , history is little bit complex. By , the way Katharine Madam, I really really love ❤️ you. You are very good English woman. 🇮🇳💌🏴

Just one question. For the word 'conscious', when I look up the IPA in dictionary, it appears that the letter ‘c’ has the sound symbol like 'sh' . Just wonder if the pronunciation in your video is a typical British way of saying it. Thanks.
My goodness! Two of them I'd pronounce wrong. I am in despair today. What keeps me more or less in balance is the fact that I haven't used a duvet for years. And when I boast - it happens - I call myself skillful rather then subtle 😊
